There's always good at Subway sometime just not enough meat on the bread
When trying to use the deals from app for this location my order gets canceled now. Get called back we not taking coupons now. This is a bad look on Subway as it's on your app and your owners not excepting them. Your loosing business to other fast food restaurants is that what you really want or need during this time.

Subway mailed out coupons to my house. I showed up here and the lady at the front says “The franchise owner doesn’t accept coupons here”. While I would have been more than happy to pay full price (had they not sent the coupons out). There are multiple other subways in the close surrounding radius that still has the customers interests in mind, join me in giving them our business to support those franchise owners who still support us! I’ll include those below.
My coworker & I went to this afternoon for lunch. He had Subway Coupons we planned to use. The worker asked which coupons we had & told us both weren't accepted at that location. So, we ordered 2 footlong wraps, the worker told us were accepted. When we got ready to pay for our lunch she then told us thaa footlong wrap wasn't the same as a sub, so the coupon wasn't valid. I was thinking excuse me a wrap is still a footlong on different bread. Same amount of meat, cheese, veggies right? So, my coworker told her to just keep it & we left. ?
