Just had an awesome visit to this clean & friendly location! Was able to get my Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino & it was delicious ?
So drinks are great..... depending on who's working which doesn't make sense since the recipes are the same. Also depending on who's working depends on whether or not order will be correct. And lastly nearly every time I go they are out of something or something isn't working. Would be awesome if you guys could figure out some solutions.
I ordered a white chocolate mocha, I received a chai creme Frappuccino. Tasted just like regular milk. This is the worst Starbucks! They’re slow, they don’t care what drink they make you and the drive thru line are extremely slow, don’t waste your time!
I am very unhappy about my wait time. I come to this one a bunch & I waited 20 min for a drink that I mobile ordered @ 6:01 & finally recieved my drink 6:25. There was barely anyone working in the store & there was not that many people waiting in front of me.
Waited 30 minutes for a cold brew coffee. Ended up just asking for a refund because they weren’t even close to getting to my order.
Don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from unless they ordered a pre-made dessert or bakery item that the employees couldn’t get their hands on to screw up. Every Starbucks I’ve been to in my life has been consistent EXCEPT this one. Slowest drive through ever & drink has tasted awful 3 of 5 times I’ve been there. Today was the last time…too expensive to get a coffee that doesn’t taste anything like what I ordered.
One of the dirtiest and slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. This location frequently messes up drinks and makes drinks wrong. It's not uncommon to place a mobile order and wait 20 min after the given pick up time to be told they are out of whatever you ordered, or to watch 15-30 orders that came in after yours be fulfilled prior to receiving your complete order. They tend to have 6-8 people "working," but in reality only 2 are doing anything, the rest are talking or simply in the way. They have very little concern for quality or customer service - management either needs to be retrained or replaced asap.

This place is always a hassle! You ever know when they will shut down the inside. Oh and, beware! If you decide to park- you WILL be blocked in due to the very poor structure of the parking spaces and drive through. There is absolutely no way to park without not getting stuck. I just had to wait 10 minutes just to get out of my parking spot to leave the cars the inside was closed.
