Great crew!!!! Food was on point
Ordered food at 6:30 pm to be delivered , received a missed call at 7:08 with a very rude message saying they don’t deliver to my address I was welcome to pick it up… tried calling back 6 times over 20 min and went to regional call center so they weren’t picking up their phones. … drive to the store to pick up the food and tried to speak to the manager. Mind you they have delivered to my home numerous times in the past…I asked to speak to the manager who was very unprofessional and rude .. so I asked if my order was ready and was told she threw it out since she tried calling and no answer. I have no missed calls other than the original one .. it’s now 7:45 She also referenced that the kid that left the rude message was only 16. That shouldn’t matter teach them to be polite when communicating. !! Will never go back. They obviously don’t care about customer service
Make sure the toppings on the pizza are correct, make sure it gets here at the time stated and make sure the food is hot
I had a curbside on line order. I pulled up to the front door and called to let them know I was there. I could see the girl walk to the phone and put it on hold. I called three times and she did the same thing three times. I finally got out of my car and went in to pick up my pizza. I had left a 20 percent tip for them to bring it out to my car which was less then six feet from the front door. Next to say, I was not very happy with my service.
The manager, I’m pretty sure her name was Tammy, was rude to her co-workers and me as well. I’ve gone to this place since I was a high schooler, It’s heartbreaking when you see it under this state. Not only was she rude, she got the order wrong entirely and it was on purpose in order to save her time. There was maybe 5 people on the list and no incoming calls l. There was no reason to do any of this. I was so beyond disappointed.
Food got cold pizza was left outside and driver did not ring door bell or knock.

The store has improved greatly since my last visit. It is no longer staffed with the drug addicts that were operating out of the location. The new staff is trying, but they are very slow and not well trained. The store is in disrepair and is not very clean. It is moving in the right direction, but it has a long way to go
I had to give them one star because they don’t offer a negative star option. Manager was rude and had no interest whatsoever in making my experience better. Wouldn’t answer their phone and when I went to order in person staff member was sitting down playing with her cell phone. I will never go back to Tyro location.
Their pizza is so good. The delivery was quick.
