We are our entire meal without one refill on our drinks. The food was very bland with no flavor. The enchiladas were nearly raw. Definitely not returning here
Very good. My first time there, but it want be my last time. The price was good, I got more food than I thought it was when I ordered but my left overs the next day was just as good
The food was excellent, however the staff was slow & yes I understand that places are short handed. The restaurant was packed which could also explain the slowness.
I do not like the food at mi casa, flavorless and below subpar. I have no complaints about the service. I do really enjoy they’re margaritas! I would return for margaritas and maybe chips and salsa.
Took almost 2 hours to get our food also my wife ordered a water and that took 20 minutes to get and I had received my drink also and even let the waitress know after about 5 to 10 minutes that my wife didn't receive her water. Then after we did get her water and our alcohol I had to send mine back because my long island had stuff floating in it. Finally received our food which was mediocre I wouldn't brag on it but it wasn't that bad just better options in my opinion. I really would like to give them a second chance just to see if the service would be better but don't know if it's worth the time. The customers at the other table got up and walked out because it was taking way to long to receive drinks and honestly was a couple times we almost got up and left but I kept wanting to give them a chance.
I'm my opinion, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Lexington. We went yesterday, had a delicious late lunch. The service is always good. The service staff are polite and helpful and dining room is clean.
They tried to charge me $40 for food I dined not order then after they said they had it all right I take it home and I'm missing the taco shells for my Texas fajita they use to be good but this visit was a big disappointment. The food is good but check your order if you get take out because you'll be missing things and they'll try to charge you for food you didn't order
Salsa was nasty, orders were wrong. My husband ordered a dish and asked for no guacamole(he’s allergic). The dish was covered in it. My dish was supposed to be beef/steak and I was brought chicken. FIL ordered the special and the steak was undercooked and rubbery. Staff wasn’t very pleasant and was rude when dishes were sent back for being incorrect. The dishes were brought back on the same plates as well. Save yourself and don’t eat here.
Used to eat here a lot, but the service and food went downhill a while back and I haven't been in a while, except maybe once a few months ago. It wasn't good then bit I thought I'd give it one more shot. Placed an order for pickup tonight, and it was ready on time. Didn't get all my food, but didn't realize until I got home, so I'll take the blame for that one. Truthfully, the food wasn't that good. Tastes like run of the mill Mexican food. Granted, it wasn't necessarily as fresh as it might be in the restaurant, but the real issue was the handful of bones I had in my AC Carnitas. I realize sometimes it happens, but after I bit into the first two pieces of bone, I looked for and found more (added a picture). Not really acceptable in my opinion. Highly doubt I'll be back. Tried to give this place a few chances but it's...just not good.
Good service, the food was ok. My son hates the Jamaica drink but I liked it, had a very unique flavor.
