I have to point out there are always so many flies at this McDonald’s on highway 52 ,which is very off putting and sometimes makes me lose my appetite. It seems no matter what time of day, or what season I visit I can expect to be swarmed by the flies, so unfortunately when thinking of this location that is the first thing that comes to mind. Every once in awhile my family and I have a strong craving for McDonald’s because let’s face it, it is a classic!, so we placed a mobile order for curbside pickup with much excitement. The excitement didn’t last long. First disappointment is that they advertise that curbside pick up orders will come out to your car in five minutes or less and that is was not the case today , for we had to wait over ten minutes for our food to arrive. The staff were pleasant and did not disappoint today . When we finally got to eat our meals mine was very very luke warm. There are not many things more disappointing than luke warm McDonald’s fries. We also had ordered an extra fry with the happy meal instead of apple slices, to our dissatisfaction we noticed in the box there were no apple slices or an extra fry. It is not very thrilling when you do not get what you ordered. Today I rate this experience with 3/5 stars because of the mishap in the order and the temperature of the food. However if I have another McDonald’s craving I will return.
Fast service but I love Berger king it’s a better deal
Food was good and initial service at the window was excellent but, had to go back inside and there were four teenagers there, talking, I had the interrupt and ask them to assist me. Me. None of them were more than 3 ft away from me. Bad inside service
The drive through line takes a long time to get through don't be in a hurry if you go to this McDonald's
The worst service of any McDonald's When they got my order wrong the girl at the counter didn't care Had to get the manager to get the food I paid for
Order a 10 nuggets, with fries and a sweet tea. Go to the first window to pay the lady was at the window but didn't even in knowledge us. Drove to the 2nd window and they handed me a Coke and I asked if it was sweet tea and he had no reply, asked how much my order was no reply either. They came back and tried to give us a ice cream cone that wasn't even ours. My daughter tried the "sweet tea" but it tasted like Coke so we gave it back. My daughter was eating her 10 piece of chicken nuggets and one of them was little.
I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Along with 8 strawberry creme pies. My order took about 12 to 15 minutes which is very unpleasant considering what all I bought, although it turned out to be worth the wait McDonald's gave me 2 free pies and a free small drink. The food was On Point it tasted delicious to me.I never rarely ever basically choose to eat at McDonalds because of personal reasons but it was well worth it on this occasionGotta give em 5 stars and be positive n grateful for the situation.
Only go there if I need something close to home. They are slow and always forget something you ordered. Don't like mcdonalds at all. They are the last place I go
Always messing up a order and the worst part their attitudes suck! Whoever was at the window this evening and got upset cause my daughter asked to add on to her order you could've told her you couldn't besides throwing a temper tantrum like a 2 year old that can't get its way. Didn't have to be so rude. Not surprising though because someone there ALWAYS has an attitude. Don't need to be working where you have to deal with the public! Definitely won't be giving you guys anymore of our business!
Ordered a #7 with ketchup only, got 2 cheeseburgers with light ketchup, extra onions, and pickles...well done?
