Prices are going up and portions are going down. This is common knowledge if you enjoy eating out you know what I'm saying. Picked up a couple Sundays the other day and was quite disappointed. They look tiny. I think the cup size might have even gotten smaller. However we went to the local ice cream shop the other day and their prices went up not as much as McDonald's but their portion went up quite a bit. These fast food restaurants that we all grew up loving are pinching every penny and it can't be good for business. But $50 worth of food was okay just not worth it.
For 5 years I have tried to get service from the Cotton Grove road location and and usual they are the worst mcdonalds I have ever seen. They ignored me AGAIN yesterday like I was invisible. Noone even acknowledged my presence. The store manager and 4 other front staff looked me right in the eyes and continued to ignore me. I will never come back as a customer or a Dasher.
The fries are NEVER cooked properly and the sadwiches often appear as though they were thrown together from across the room. They have gotten several of my orders wrong when ordered through the app.
Our breakfast was really good. Nice and warm. The drive thru was very busy. We will definitely be back again.
Always go thur the drive thru for my daughter because she loves McDonalds. Most of the time they are pretty fast
My order itself took about 12 to 15 minutes. I ordered around 2:30-ish p.m. I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches & 2 small fries with 8 strawberry creme pies. For the wait McDonald's gave 2 extra pies and a small drink all free due to the wait. Food tasted almost delicious at my starving moment. I will say it was delightful. I rarely eat at McDonalds due to my personal preferences and reasons. This time eating at McDonalds was worth the wait and money paid. Can't complain too much on that situation.
Drive thru was backed so far up and NOT MOVING TO QUICKLY I MIGHT ADD…I decided to allow my grandson to go inside (my knee is broken) I knew they had stands to order from but also still take orders at counter -so I allowed him to go in to order his ice cream ? and fries ? - when he went inside I can see him and the workers- the workers IGNORED HIM.He asked if he could order please and was directed to a computer stand.He told her,. I don’t know how because I never used that before and I have CASH to pay…FINALLY the girl decided she would enter his order from register sitting in front of her -This makes me so irritated-I mean REALLY- what is your job???And you want $15hr to do WHAT???HELLO!!!!!This was a child needing help.IRRITATED WITH THIS LOCATION AND THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE… WHATS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE???
There chicken biscuits are amazing. The biscuits them self were buttery and flakey. Chicken was fully cooked and not over cooked.
Most of the time they lock the door so nobody can enter the restaurant weather there short staffed or not the young kids are just wondering around the restaurant doing anything but there job
Fast, friendly service. The food was properly prepared. This place is better than most.
