ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I came inside to order 2 burritos and a frappe literally stood in the waiting room 30 minutes along with other people who were here before me. Not one employee spoke to any of us once. They have no one at the registers at front. Just absolute horrible customer service. But all the employees seem to be having a great time cutting up laughing in the back. If I could of gave it 0 stars I would of. One star is just too much. Will never come back here again. I still haven’t even got my food or drink! ???? if you want McDonald’s go to a different one!
Very slow taking my order. Drive-thru was way to long so I went inside. I have no desire to order from one of the kiosk so I went to the register to order my take out. Several employees walked by no one bothered to say hello or someone will be right with you. If you're going to work in a place of business that deals with customers then customer service should be your top priority. If you want me to order from a kiosk then give me an employee discount because I'm taking the job away from an employee.
Morning staff are very nice and quick , but evening staff are rude and slow , you have to wave hands for them to pay attention to the customers , im a dasher and most of times I cancel my orders because they cleared out the lobby and drive thru first and never want to do doordash orders ??
Gave them 3 stars two years ago. Now to present day 4/4/22 ...Visited one day and the manager was beyond rude. Today the manager, same person from last time was just as rude. All I asked for was sauce or ketchup. I let the first one go because maybe they were having a bad day. Today same attitude. Management is not setting a good example as to what customer service is.I just wanna know if I eat inside why did I have to come get my food while they walked everyone else's out. Dirty dining room. Just worse overall. DO BETTER.
If I could give a negative score I would. Quarter Pounder burger had not one, but (2) hairs pulled from the meat. This place needs closed down. Horrible and disgusting!!
If your cashiers fingernails are so long she cant operate the computer screen in a timely manner or count change- buy her some nail clippers!!!!!
Nothing but teenagers throwing food at each other and cursing in front of customers. Messed my order up 3 times in a row while acting like I was the issue. Manager doesn't answer the phone in order to place complaints, just a garbage McDonald's.
First time I've had McDonald's in forever because it just got way to expensive not to mention there burger patties have become so very thin that u can barely taste it.This time however I had the double quarter pounder and much to my surprise it was much better than anything I'd previously had there. It was actually really good ?Don't know if I just cought em on a good day or what, but GOOD JOB GUYS! it was delicious ?
Absolute worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Workers were rude as hell and obviously on drugs. Went to complete a doordash, order wasn't ready and everyone was just sitting around talking to each other. Using vulgar language and talking about doing drugs. Entire staff needs to be fired.
I have been purchasing the plain sundaes for a long time and now they have increased in price by $.50. To top it off, they are only filling the cup half way. This is a rip off!
