A few months ago I got raw dough pizza and raw dough Italian cheese bread. I made the decision not to go here anymore. I decided to give them another try as it’s been a few months and I ordered through the app where it said it was ready and I went. I got to the counter and asked for my order only to be told by a boy, with his pants half down and could very well make out what was on his boxers, that I had to wait on my cheese pizza. When I had told him the app said it was ready he replied “they have to make it bc I can’t find it” I got my order about 10 minutes later only to find that my Italian cheese bread was barely warm and my pizza was half burnt and had more crust than cheese or sauce. Obviously disappointed and will never return to this establishment again. I will order dominoes and drive farther to get it than ever come here again! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
Worst experience at a little Caesar’s to date. Have been waiting so long on my “hot n ready” pizza that I’ve had time to get frustrated enough and leave this review. And no one from the store is even coming to the front to help people. Ridiculous. Should’ve got a burger
Went in at 1pm for the lunch special. Was completely ignored for 5 minutes by the multiple employees. Another customer came in and was ignored too. So I rang the little bell, thinking maybe they just didn't notice us waiting and was told "I don't have to serve you if you're going to act like that!" When the same employee finally sauntered up to the register she asked how she could help me as if I had interrupted her. I asked for the lunch special, which is supposed to be ready and on hand. I was told it would be 30 minutes!Will never return to a place that is uninterested and annoyed by customers looking for basic service.
Worse place ever, giving one star because I have to. Careless employees with terrible attitudes who have no business working a public job, they refuse to answer the phone for call in orders, I've personally heard employees say turn the ringer off and heard the phone ring non stop over and over just being ignored on other occasions. . Pizza either takes forever to get one fresh or they are cold. Half the time there is only one or two people in the store working and they clearly do not want to be there. I work a delivery job part time and when I get an order for there I know to decline it. This place needs a whole new system of people from Top of the chain to bottom, its clear even the higher ups dont care about this place or it wouldn't be ran so recklessly and careless.
Truly disappointed. I had order online to pick-up and arrived to see that order wasnt ready yet. I noticed that the cashier was watching his phone while the other only employee was doing all the work. The line of people waiting for the pizza was very long. Once I open my pizza I was enraged because what i was given was unacceptable. They really need to step there game because this unacceptable.
Great customer service. Pizza was great. If I have any problems they are more than willing to help me out.
They take forever for everything. Never order door dash from them cause it will definitely take at least and hour to wait
It was very busy and took a little longer, but it was worth the wait!
I've tried this location twice (and for the last 2 times) in the past week...1) Few days ago, (after waiting in line for 15mins before someone even came to front desk) I was asked if I had ordered anything. I replied, "No ma'am!" and attempted to ask if there were any "Hot&Ready" items available. Only to cut off and looked at by this girl as if I were trying to transcribe Ancient Cretan Hieroglyphs into spoken language.2) Today I went in (again) to wait in line (again) while the lady infront of me transcribed her coupon code to the nuerological surgeon working at the desk. That took around 20mins before he went back to get help. (Nothing in Pepperoni or Cheese Hot&Ready displays) The lady comes out putting apron on & does code quickly. Tells me it'd be abt 15mins before any Hot&Ready were available.• Don't take breaks if nothings in the oven.• Don't let your customers stand there for 20mins before greeted or assisted by front desk.• Entitled "Hot'n'Ready" for a reason. That reason being convenience. There shouldn't be less than 3 in there at any time. Made before, during, and after any other orders!We go to Little Ceasar's for the convenience! If I wanted to place an order and wait 20-30mins, then I would go elsewhere. Perhaps somewhere that uses "Better Ingredients" on their "Better Pizza" and now has this Papa's Business!
Took over 30 minutes to get our pizza, the staff was extremely unprofessional and the pizza turned out nasty and dried out. I’d give it a 1 star if I could.
