I went there to celebrate my daughter's next grade leve up. So get there my waiter comes over twice and I notice that he is waiting on this one table and that's all not pay attention to the customers that he have on the inside as well. My food and my daughter's food was very salty and the owners was rude and I had to leave because my waiters was not coming to us but other people was getting waited on but not us... this will the last time I come back and we come there alot either order in or order out.
I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and never had an issue. The food is absolutely amazing, if you can get it. For the last several months we have somehow gotten the same exact waiter and he has been just horrible. I don’t know why they keep him. Today was the last straw. We sat down and it took them 15 minutes just to take our drink order and food. We only ordered two items. The people behind us ordered after us and ordered about five items. We never got our food and I had to complain for my husband just to get his drink. About 10 minutes after they were served we left. We won’t be coming back. I’ve never been so disappointed.
NOT A Good experience. Guess we hit it at a bad time. 200pm on a Saturday. We had a difficult time getting drink, constantly being told give me a minute. We were not the only unhappy group. Another group having same hard time long wait and then meal not cooked as ordered. She refused her meal and asked for the check for their drinks. Then staff was not wanting to accept the customer wanted check then manager came .. lol. Al she want was her check no argument just the check. Last time I go back. There is Better Mexican up the street with better service.
The menu looked good I ordered some street tacos, cheese dip and a chicken quesadilla. The staff was very friendly and the pricing was decent.The cheese dip and chips were good no issues.The steak tacos were dry and no garnish on them. Super disappointed on itThe quesdilla was just a tortilla with some chicken lumped into it and cheese dip dumped all over the top of it. It was basically a large taco and wasn't even close to good.The business was very very busy so that might have been a factor.
I had the speedy Gonzales with grilled chicken $9. I asked for no onions ( because of my indigestion). Food was great it's an enchilada and taco with choice of rice or beans ($1 more gets you both). I will be back to try more things. Salsa was good too just a little kick.
First time here and I’m HIGHLY disappointed… ordered a fish bowl margarita and paid 15.50 for BOTTOM SHELF LIQUOR!!! my food was cold and the drinks were NOT how I asked… I asked for on the rocks and they bring frozen! After wrong drinks, cold food all to find out how much I paid for 2 margaritas alone!!! More than my 2 meals combined… I will NEVER go back… should of gone to don juans smh
Honestly a little disappointed for my first time here. The drinks were just okay. My strawberry daiquiri tasted more like straight up strawberry soda than anything alcoholic. I got the carnitas as my taco option and they were extremely dry—no amount of sauce could get me passed my first taco. The beans were a little spicy, it threw me off initially but it was a pleasant surprise. The rice was yummy. The chips and salsa were my favorite items of the night, they were delicious. The service was okay, it was a busy night and the kitchen was struggling to keep up. My group wasn’t starving so it wasn’t a big deal for us to wait almost an hour for our food.
The server was great. He memorize the orders and fixed the issue before the food was touched.The food was great.Below are ACP made different
I like nachos. And I have found a widespread practice among Mexican restaurants is to pile on gobs of lettuce but very little beef. This place does not skimp on the meat. We have been here twice now, and the food and service were good.
My family and I had dinner here while my husband was in town -he is a trucker-. We ordered our food and we know dinner time can be a wait for your foodas we usually have tonwait no longer than about 25-30 minutes. We wait almost 47 mimutes to get our food. We were 1 of only 2 tables our waiter had in his section. When we did finally get our food, my husband's was relatively warm (fajita taco salad), mine was [almost] warm to the touch while inside had cooled completely (chicken hawiiano quesadilla) , my son's was boiling hot (plain cheese nacho's) and my daughters was just out right sad and old looking from the badly wilted lettuce on her shrimp taco salad (that had zero shrimp on it but we were almost charged for).Our waiter took our drink orders, gave us our drinks, a different person delivered our food, another different person refilled our drinks and another different person asked if we needed anything. We ultimately got our own to-go boxes, went up to the register without a check, paid and left.USUALLY, in the past, we have had good service and all of our food is hot like my son's was. But the last few visits have been just pitiful. I would hate to not be able to visit here anymore, but the next time we do visit this restuarant- either the visit is better than our last one or we iust find elsewhere to go.
