First time visiting this location. We ordered a 16 piece meal for a memorial service we attended. The establishment was very clean, our cashier was very pleasant, and our order was served in a timely manner. The food was hot & fresh, and was enjoyed by all.
First time customer at this location .I love how the restaurant was decorated ,it appears to be very clean in the dining area. The lady who took my orders was very polite. The food was great,it was fresh and hot. I will be back.
before tonight I'd say I would recommend but with the new staff and manager that was not there before, I have to say I don't recommend unless you want to get ripped off 20 some bucks for chicken that had been under heat lamps for hours and not even a thank you have a great day. what a waste of space this location is at this time.
I went through the drive thru yesterday and I didn't get any of my sides. I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag. She said yes. I called the KFC and told the manager that I didn't get the sides. She knew about it , I told her that I would come today to get them. She said ok. When I went to get them today , it was not wrote down anywhere. I was treated really bad. I finally got my stuff , I will not go back to this KFC.
My twin and I went to the KFC on Hwy 8 in Lexington to get the Famous Bowls. Imagine our disappointment when we got home to eat and our bowls were definitely not good. I called back down there and spoke with Adrian, the district manager, about them. With no questions asked, he told me to come back and he would make it right. He did! Thanks Adrian!
Not worth the breath you'll use to order they all have attitudes and will never get your order right first time if you get a chicken sandwich it'll be more mayonnaise than anything I tried calling to see if they would make it right won't even answer phone the place used to be good but has really gone down
Very disappointed today! Usually get decent food at this location but today was anything but......I mainly went there because I love KFC fries.....I received a double order & they were like yesterday's fries.....biscuits were also cold & hard.....chicken had an after taste.....a shame when so much is paid for a horrible meal......will be a while before I venture there again.
Food was good but ordering through the app was not the best experience my order wasn't ready and it wasn't prepared untill the time it was supposed to ready for pick up.
The one in Lexington on #8 is very good service is great also very clean ,the one in Thomasville is terrible
Chicken always fresh at this location. No indoor dinning during the pandemic. Friendly staff
