Wasn't told until we were at the window to pay that they didn't have enough chicken to fill our order. I had already compromised on getting a mixture of original and extra crispy ans in less than 20 feet they didn't have enough to complete that either. It is sad when they were still a hour form closing and they couldn't complete an order of their primary product.
When I got my online order home, It was the 8 piece tenders meal. I discovered a chicken feather in my fries, no gravy on the mashed potatoes, and no dipping sauces. I'm disappointed KFC

Service was great! Chicken pot pie was wonderful. Cleanliness was good.
KFC use to be a great place to order lunch/dinner. The food was HOT! The employees WERE clean, but NOT now. No washing of hands /prepping areas. COVID IS REAL AND DEADLY, PLEASE PROTECT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. DON,T EAT AT KFC.
Really good as usual but got home and realized price paid wasn't what was on the menu at the drive through. I could be mistaken
I love door dashing for you guys but customer service has isn't good I went inside cause I wanted help with quick order I have never use before manager didn't no anything about I tried for 45 minutes outside cause only had little money they said free large fries so I want them... I went inside and asked again them manager come up and couldn't help me I told her I would order just wanted free fries as a manger I could of order 5$ of food then she could of promo the fries sales right no order they just send me on
Mt. Airy location...the worse KFC I have ever had! 3 times I asked nicely for all white meat...got warmed over dark meat. Fries were so greasy I couldn't eat them. The Mt. Dew was mostly carbonated water. Never again!!!
Love original recipe store was clean
