It’s always a great place to eat, food is good and the drinks are cold!!

This was the worst service and food ever. Service was extremely slow considering there were very few customers. The food was subpar at best. Taco Bell would be a better choice. My order came out incorrect. Ordered the guacamole salad instead of beans/rice , brought out plate with beans/rice told server I order salad not what had been brought out. He did bring the salad and CHARGED me for it. It took a village to remove the charge. I will NOT be going back and recommending that you go else where.

I went in to get takeout and was not only charged a takeout fee, but the girl at the register told me my total and THEN added a $3.75 tip on takeout on a $22.00 order. Not happy and won’t be back.

Food is always delicious and fresh. Fast, courteous service. A place my family wants to eat when visiting from out of town. I love the California burrito, table side guacamole and ac shrimp. Very healthy options too, including vegetarian dishes.

I would like to say thank you to the manager and staff for helping my daughter and I on Mother's Day. Her phone dropped out of her pocket and fell into the water drain. Very helpful and a very nice place to eat. Thank you again so much!

Be prepared for a rude cashier/hostess. After that, the service is quick and the food comes out hot and appealing to the eye in a reasonable amount of time. The check was very delayed coming to us so we had to wait about fifteen minutes to get it. Then, back to the quite rude cashier. And, the place was very noisy. It seemed like everyone was talking with their outside voice. Overall, good food, but not a place for sound sensitive people.

Our hotel desk clerk recommended Don Juan's and we actually called her to thank her when we were finished with dinner (we offered to bring her something). The service was excellent. The salsa was the right mix of spicy and it was obviously fresh. We shared mixed fajitas and they were excellent. It was obvious the restaurant was full of locals and we could tell why. The prices were reasonable. We asked to speak to the manager to tell him how much we enjoyed it. He was wearing a headset radio and that was once example of how seriously they take service. They were on their game for sure.

Our food was amazing! However, service not so much. We paid about $25 each for our meal and frozen cocktail so the price are pretty good. Overall, our experience could have been better. We will probably not visit again due to the service. Our server was not friendly. We waited forever for our desert which was burned (churros). We were totally ignored when we were trying to ask someone about our check. Staff NOT friendly.

I had placed a pick up order for chicken peluza with no peppers & somewhere there was some confusion & some peppers were on it. I called & let them know & the manager was SUPER KIND & SO AWESOME!! He took my address, remade the order & actually brought it to us! Now where can you get or even find customer service like that anymore!! Definitely been the best Mexican restaurant & with that kind of service where they go above & beyond for their customers is well worth more than a 5 star rating!!

We called in a pick up order tonight and ordered our usual with no peppers. We got back home and there were peppers. Lots of peppers. We called back and the manager apologized and offered to remake our food and told us to come back to pick it up. We live 20 mins away and have small children so it was just to much for us to do all of that. He then offered to bring the food to us and he did. He was very nice and apologetic and our food was still hot and perfectly made. Thank you!! :)
