No two ways about it, these people know how to cook and they have great customer service!! The Q is not only way above the norm, but the Brisket is Outstanding!! I have heard of Cook's for years and have been wanting to get by there during my travels. Due to Smiley's having closed down, we didn't know where we could stop on a Sunday afternoon to pick up great Lexington Style Q to take back home to the coast and have for supper. Then I remembered Cook's and sure enough, they are open on Sundays!! Results were beyond my hopes and I can't wait to have a reason to pass through the area again soon, just so I can eat here again!!
Service was really slow. Food was pretty good but I didn't get part of my order. We barely saw the waitress so it was hard to correct the order or get drink refills. Kind of the only restaurant in the area. Restaurant was clean and orderly.
