My first and probably last time eating here. I ordered a turkey & Swiss with honey mustard instead of mayo with homestyle chips. For one it had mayo, second the chips were soft and cold, not the hot crispy/crunchy chips I was expecting. He ordered a ribeye. His sides were good but the steak was very tough and had no flavor at all. Salads were decent. Never was offered a refill on drinks, and had to ask twice for condiments. Our waitress was very busy, but still. I doubt I'd go back
I ordered filly steak and cheese. Instead I got ground up hamburger with no cheese with a couple of peppers and onions. We got this order to go. I was not happy. Plus a couple 3 onion rings.. After 15 buck I was beside myself. I will never ever stop at Coaches again.so count this joint off my list.
My brother was in from out of town and we went there to eat a late lunch. We both got a rebuen sandwich and it was very good. We sat close to the door and hosted stand, so we were able to talk to the hostess and she was very fun to talk to and cut up with. Very pleasant time there and food was very good.
Maybe we caught them on a bad day. There were almost no customers and yet the service was terrible. First we had to flag a waitress down just to get seated. It took forever to get our food, and then everything was cold. Thankfully even cold the boneless wings were still good. I don't plan to go back any time soon.
This is my go-to place for wings and fries. They’re to die for! Caitlyn is a lovely server. She puts her all into taking care of her tables, and has such a fun personality too! My partner and I always enjoy our visits here.
Usually this place is really good and the waitresses are on point. However, tonight service was a little lacking. I ate with my mom and uncle and while their food was done to order, mine was not. I needed my sides of mixed veggies and broccoli to be soft, almost mushy, due to having surgery; instead I received still crunchy broccoli, mixed veggies were still crisp, and my bowl of chili has jalapenos in it despite asking for none. It took sending the veggies back to get it right, but it took 20 minutes for the bowl of chili to come to the table and it had jalapenos mixed in. The waitress tried to explain that the chili comes to then with the green pepper mixed into it. I really enjoy this restaurant and I hope that today's service was just a fluke.
Great food everything was cooked to perfection nice cozy atmosphere and the service was good would recommend the prices were surprisingly low compared to some others restaurant was very clean inside and out.
I ordered my food with curbside delivery. Upon arrival I called and a lady answered saying they’d have it right out. After waiting 20 minutes I then go in to pick up my own order. The staff didn’t want to check to see if it was even right. I took it to my car and looked through it. My fries were already cold of course after waiting that long. I took them in to have them remade only to be ignored by the staff until I stopped one and asked for the manager. After waiting another several minutes a staff member came by and asked if we’d been helped. I just asked for my fries to be remade so problem solved but I feel like the poor service they provide should be known!
2-21-22Rode in for lunch again today.Food, drinks, and service were good.Music kinda sucked. Bar was kinda sticky with empty glasses sitting around it. A couple left while I was eating and their dirty dishes were still spread out all over the table when I left. I'm contemplating on dropping to 4 stars. I'll make that decision on my next visit. First rate rate place I’ve been to since coming to Lexington. At someone can cook something besides barbecue. Try getting outside your own back yards!!!
