Attended a Mother Son date night here. Theme was very cute, but restaurant was incredibly dirty, portions given were full price in addition to $12 per person AND were smaller than normal (such as fry serving). After taking our order we never saw our "waiter" again- he has clocked out. So we got to help ourselves to refills while everyone else had "fine dining" secret code mission fun. I would have loved to enjoy a meal with my sons instead of running back and forth for drinks and help. Definitely not worth the price for the ticket,could easily just ate here and saved $50 and just bought the food like normal. Disappointed with this location and this event.Spoke to a lady at event who simply said so sorry, that's over my pay grade and laughed.Downgrade from two to one stars. Spoke to the shift manager while I was here and he didn't seem to care either.Talked to the event lady "in charge" and she felt that it was ok the floor was so slippery and she said it was always slippery like that.This is by far the worst chick fil a I have ever been in and had the absolute worst level of service I have ever had at any fast food in a long time.
I went through the drive thru this morning, was told to pull up cause they were waiting for my biscuit. This was 10:02am waited and waited a lady said “we are getting your order ready it’ll be right now”. Then 10:30 I went it and explained I’ve been outside almost 30 minutes! She said she apologized but my order was given to another car. Well how are you working on the order that was already given to someone else? Anyways, another 10 minutes later I got my order after retelling them my order and they refunded the money. A worker said she was going to give me a complimentary card (I assume a fry or ice cream for free) and she was super nice. Well the manager who came out was completely rude, like we were the inconvenience. So sad, chick fil a should have a talk with that manager!
This has to be one of the most horribly laid out Chick-fil-A's I've ever seen, a complete maze to get into, trash can over flowing in the men's room from the previous night, I was here for breakfast, staff doing nothing. Complete waste of payroll.
Place is a normally good but nobody is perfect.couple times chicken was over cooked and then the pickels were squishy.and I have totally stopped getting the chicken minis they don't know how to load them anymore I guess.... please chick fila don't conform to normal fast food standards!!!
Nice little place to stop. I believe this is the only Chick-fil-A in Lexington. Service is quite fast. Nice large dining room with clean facilities.
they just keep tossing my sandwiches together all willy nilly like. cheese only half on and the other half melted to the bag. top bun never placed properly and once the cheese melts you can't rearrange the bun without tearing it to shreds. these are sandwiches from 2 different times I've gotten CFA recently. yall gotta do better.
Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS good! I don't care which restaurant you visit, you get the same GREAT tasting food and the same WONDERFUL service!
Lines were long and slow. Only one person taking orders inside. Food came quickly. Fries not hot
Obviously, great chicken sandwich. That's usually all I get, but the waffle fries are great too. The honey mustard has a little bit too much honey than mustard, so I'm not crazy about it. The barbecue sauce is great.
