Great service! Excellent food!
I have been coming to this Bojangles for some years now and it has had it's share of issues in the past....but now, I salute this entire staff and manager. I grab breakfast here several times a week and when it comes to breakfast biscuits....they beat everyone else in town. They have not disappointed me in a long time. My food is ALWAYS FRESH...and I just can't seem to get that anywhere else, especially since the COVID and all of the staffing issues. Which brings me to my next point....they greet me with respect and good customer service EVERYTIME! The staff and food at this location deserve my 5 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #DELICIOUS
We are from Houston, TX and everytime we come to North Carolina, we eat here. Absolutely delish ?! Always hot and fresh and the staff is as friendly as can be! Chicken n biscuits is the way to go! Fries are always hot and DO NOT forget the SWEET TEA!! Yummy ?
I ordered $50 of food. None of which was fresh. Everything tasted like it was microwaved. They also forgot the sauces and the drink carrier was wet and falling apart. Ended up throwing up. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here.
I've come to this location twice now. The food and customer service was great both times. Unfortunately, the second visit they forgot our deserts. We had never tried their desert biscuits and was really looking forward to it. We live 10 minutes away so by the time we got home and noticed we didn't want to go back. I do take some responsibility for not checking my order before I left. Just bummed but still want to give a high rating for everything else. We will go back but will be checking our order before we leave. Lesson Learned.
I placed an online order for curbside service. I got there & checked in like I was supposed to. After about 5 minutes, the order tracker said my order was ready. I waited another 5 minutes or so, finally went in the store to find out why I hadn't gotten my order, and was told by the woman behind the counter that she "didn't realize" it was a curbside order. When I got home, I was missing 2 items that I'd paid for. My loss. Lesson learned.
Sat in line for 20 min (only 4 cars in front of us) get to window to get my food (Supreme salad) started to leave looked in the bag and it was spinach (and not that much of it). Get out to go inside (completely irate) and the lobby was closed. Went back around to the speaker told them I was extremely upset, they said to pull around they'd fix it. 20 more minutes in line again!! Get to window and I went off about the wait, the food and that no one would just meet me at the front. They said they changed their salads to spinach I went off again told them I wanted my money back. I did get it back but no apology no nothing!! This wasn't even a 1/4 of a "salad " and sure isn't what was expected! Bojangles has lost my business!
Great food. Wish the Roasted chicken bites would come back.
Employees were very pleasant and worked quickly to prepare food. The food was fresh and prepared as requested.
Chickens always good. Pretty fast.
