Worst Bojangles ever.. highly recommend going elsewhere.. customer service is disgraceful.. cheated me out of food 3 weeks ago.. which I called and reported..treated me like a criminal today when I asked for what I had previously paid for. Manager Zoe is a joke. I assure her if I was trying to cheat them as she implied.. it would not be for a piece of chicken. Bojangles.. you have reached an all time low!!
No walk in shower. Indoor pool was too cold to get in, hour to swim was not good.Room was nice and clean and had 2 tv one in front living area with chair and sofa bed.also a desk mw and sm freg.Had a good complementary breakfast.
our bill was $7.48. checked our account online, was charged $47.07. we live in TN and my husband stopped by to grab a sandwich while driving in. apparently they can't, or won't fix it.
For that time in the morning on a Friday 0830, the speed of service was great. Food was great. Clean facility. Even the coffee area was clean.
I'm very disappointed in Bojangles. One I'm a former employee from another location. An being someone who enjoys their fries. It's sad when you don't even get a full container of fries you pay $3 dollars for. Your not worth my service if you can't even provide me what I pay for fairly.
Food was fresh and good but the last 2 times I went they have messed up my order. Last time I had to keep going back in because they were giving me every piece of chicken but the wing I ordered. This time I ordered the Cajun sandwich. They forgot the lettuce and tomato and just slammed it full of mayo. Then they forgot my honey mustard for my kids meal .
Dear Bojangles on Hwy 64 in Lexington. What part of TWO STEAK BISCUIT SPECIAL, do you not understand????? No drinks ordered or anything else. Only biscuits! I got home and had 2 butter bicuits!! what is so hard to understand about that???

Food was good and the place was clean. We were very surprised that they did not have ketchup and even more surprised that there was no sign at the front that at least stated they were out of ketchup before you ordered. It may seem picky but we absolutely would have gone somewhere else had we known.
Received raw chicken and was offered a gift card. No thanks
