Usually I love going here. Today I went inside for the first time however and changed my whole experience. I waited 28 mins for my food. After about 20 mins of waiting I started asking how much longer. They were waiting for egg. Another 5 mins go by and I watch at least 5 more orders go by of those who ordered after me and had egg on their plates. The lady I start questioning (not realizing she was the manager Ashley) was very rude and turned around and mumbled under her breath I assume thinking I wouldn't hear her well they weren't waiting on egg. Clear as day they had egg on there plates. Either way 28 mins for 2 biscuits and an order of cheese grits is excessive. And find better management who know how to accommodate and be polite to customers who have been waiting over 20 + mins for their food
I understand being short staffed and not having the dinig room open BUT when you forget part of a customers order. It is unacceptable to tell them at the door to get back in the drive thru line. When you can easily carry out orders to other waiting customers.
Good food and service. Prices are high but so is everything else lately

Besides the long wait to get our food on a Sunday morning , the food came to us hot and freshly made.

First time at a Biscuitville and seeing someone kneading dough as soon as I walk in let's me know the biscuits are freshly made, which is a selling point. I got the chicken biscuit combo and it was amazing! I am definitely going back.
