ALWAYS yummy food!We tried sandwiches instead of breakfast food today and was exceptionally good. You definitely get your money's worth!

You really got to watch these people. They really have good food but they have the attention span of a kindergartner. They will mess your order up so fast and you won't know until you get home or at work and have to eat f'd up hotdogs cause the people making the food don't know red from white slaw. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave. Even if you've had to sit and wait 20 or 30 mins. More times than not these people are NOT paying attention.I even made the point to tell you people,. RED SLAW. Why is that so hard bubba? RED, R...E...D,. Red....Slaw. Ya'll really about to make a fool go the half a mile over to the Food Lion and buy all the stuff to make hotdogs at the house. Maybe I'll bring you a few so you can see what a Hotdog w/ RED SLAW looks like.

Ordered 50$ worth of food. Got to the window and apparently was charged for the wrong order. They brought a burger and fries out. Told them that was the wrong order and had to ring up the correct order. After waiting 30 mins for food finally got back home to realize I was missing 3 fries, bacon and a chocolate milk. No syrup for pancakes and everything was burnt. Tried to call the restaurant to have it fixed but phone has been busy for 20 mins now. I want my order replaced or a refund. 50$ is alot for food you did not get or can't eat because it's burnt.Sent my daughter today to get my order replaced and the manager, Jordan, was very rude. They said they would replace the order when I spoke to her on the phone but then refused to replace some of my order even though I was missing it last time. She wad cussing and saying rude things to the other employees while my daughter was inside waiting for the order. I won't put what she was saying on here since it's inappropriate. Asked for a number for whoever is above her to get this straight but there isn't one I guess.

Person working drive thru on Jun 8, 20222 was very rude. Been going there for years and never experienced this type of service before. She was very impatient, not paying attention to the order I had given. Told me I needed to be more specific . How much more specific can you be when ordering a burger and you’ve asked what comes on it and she proceeds to tell you then you say ok that’s fine. Then she still says she didn’t hear me say that. When I told her to forget about it and just give me the apple turnovers she started blowing again and said my God. At that point I said just never mind and let her know she had a stank attitude. She proceeded to argue back. Told her hope her day got better but she still had a stank attitude.

Chicken patty wasn't even half the size of the bread. I asked for a refund or to remake it they just said "that's how it is then left" don't eat here they are rude

While the food is usually good, the lack of customer service and wrong orders is enough to make you never want to come back. I pull up to the speaker to order, wait a minute, and then hear “hold on a minute.” No “hello, can you please wait?” Or any sort of greeting. The staff are almost always rude and seem as if they would rather be anywhere else, and the woman today couldn’t seem to comprehend what I was asking for. As I was trying to repeat myself, she muttered something under her breath, and it was almost enough to make me drive away. It is your JOB - do it correctly and with a halfway decent attitude! My order is wrong over half the time - had to go back inside to get the item missing from my order today. I am almost to the point of writing off biscuit king completely after the last few disappointing encounters I’ve had.

Great food and the biscuits are "KING."

Food is usually good . I received 2 orders of fries even though I only ordered 1. One order of fries was hot , the other was cool & rubbery. The rest of my order was fine, I'll put this review under the maybe better next time .

took 5 minutes to order because the drive threw worker kept getting confused? then waited 10 min for food. gave us the wrong order went inside waited 20 minutes for food. after being handed the bag 2 times I said what it needed because they STILL hadn't put the right food in. I've never met a more ignorant or confused people in a single restaurant. I use to work here and we would have been fired for not knowing what was going on like that good thing they're so lenient or these people wouldn't have a job. sad. oh and my fries were cold wtf?
