Very sassy and rude young girl at drive thru. Called for manager. She answered and hung up. Called other Lexington location manager. She was very apologetic and said she would leave message for other location manager to call me. He/she still never called me back. Called corporate. Never heard anything after that. Will never, ever go back to the Arbys near Ollies. Even though its the closest and my favorite fast food for my family. May rarely go to other location, but not nearly as often.

Had to leave without getting the food I came to them to get BECAUSE 2 VEHICLES WERE BLOCKING 6 PARKING SPACES. I will most likely give this store 1 more visit but if something like this happens again I will not come back to this store.

We had to pull around to wait on our food. Our food was very hot but they did leave out a sandwich. Luckily we check our bags before we leave.

Messed up our entire order, called and spoke to the lady and she said she would remake our food and make the sandwich that they completely left out of our order. When I went to get our food I was given half our order and charged for the remake of the rest.

Take note of this first line I'm giving you here now if this is the Arby's because I went to to Arby's within about 10 miles of each other if this is the Arby's that's on top of his big hill that you drive your car up like at a 90 degree angle you can't see nothing and there's cement there on the left as you pull up in there could damage your car if you're not watching out and they're doing construction they are the shopping center then this is Arby's we're talking about but Google is not asking me which Arby's I went to one before that a long line instead of going to 30 minutes if you wanted any beef it's a roast beef place and they don't have roast beef cooked best edible that's like going to Hardee's in McDonald saying it's going to be 30 minutes to get a hamburger how ridiculous but everything these days in the fast-food industry seems to cost you more the service is terrible and getting goods and services is terrible people treat you terrible but other than that the first Arby's at no beef and it's not the one they had no salad no side salad so I'm like I don't think we have a shortage just let us all over the grocery store so I don't know where in the world are lettuce is this green lettuce but anyways I'm just sick and tired of all the daggone high prices a 1,000 everybody they want to pay people all this extra money but then you get sorry service and you can never depend on anything being there play anyways that's my two cents worth Arby's in all the rest of the fast food places just totally suck

4:30 p.m. january 21stAtArby's Lexington North Carolina Cotton Grove RoadI went through the drive-thru only one and drive-thru was me I still had to pull up and wait on my foodAnd then with the lady brings it out to me very rude doesn't bring me my drink I'll go back in to get my drink and she's very rude about fixing it and giving it to me I wonder if she spit in itSome of the circus service I have ever had their will not ever go back to that one will go across town

AWFUL!Tried to order food at the drive through, off the 2 for 7$ Added a small soda. Was told total was nearly 17$ when I questioned BRITT (the employee in the drive through window and one who took my order) about it she got an attitude, raised her voice, started shaking her head and rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell me she rang it in as a combo with an upgrade even after I said the 2 for 7$ twice and when asked to fix it—her attitude got worse and she refused. We drove off. Tried to call the restaurant 3x over the next 45 min and it only rang, never got answered.

Trash sandwich did not look nonthing like the picture.looked like a flat version.no meat what so ever. Roast beef use to be thin it was a little on the thick side.

First time stopping here, however the service and good was quick and very tasty.

Our family hasn't had Arby's in a long time, but decided to switch it up and we were glad we did. The food was great, which was different from the experience at Arby's franchises in Florida. The food was hot, fresh, and exceeded all expectations from my husband. We very much enjoyed all the food we got, and we got Way more than we should have! Somehow, even with the surplus of food that we ordered, we spent less money here than other fast food restaurants. Very delicious!
