Chicken was fresh and the Zalad my wife got was fresh and tasty.The Cole slaw in my meal was spoiled I smelled it as soon as I opened the container.Also they didn't give utensils.The staff was pleasant and professional so if they take care of a few deficiencies they would be a 5 star review..
Zaxbys is one of my favorite fast food places, but most times I never go because of time. This Zaxbys is legitimately the fastest one I've ever been too. Seems to be well ran.
Always get great service and my order seems to correct all the time.
Fries were so salty they were not editable. Combos are costly for no more than you get.

Love and hate. The people working were nice, but they messed up my order. Forgot to give me dressing for my salad which made me swing around and go inside right at closing time. Then, while riding down the road in the dark(because it's late) I find they didn't leave the fried onion rings of my salad which I did request. Luckily I only have a mild allergy and don't have to worry about hospital visits when exposed to this allergen. But, the ingredients were super fresh and the salad was delicious.
Most useless example of management there is... I understand the short staff problem. But having people who place online orders to wait in the drive thru to pickup the order is unacceptable.... especially when your staff is standing with their arms crossed and doing nothing... it only takes one to hand out online orders.. and for God sakes work on giving the customers their complete order..again this isn't a staff problem its 100% a MANAGEMENT problem.. the worst Zaxby's if ever been to...

Food is always great, but with dine in closed, they should offer curbside pickup.
