I absolutely love Zacks! The yogurt is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful and make your visit a pleasant experience! I am addicted!
I enjoy zacks. Friendly folks. I like a lot of stuff here. My favorite is probably the strawberry colada. Check them out and be sure to tip!
I always love their sugar-free flavors, and they are always friendly, courteous, and will fix up my quarts ahead of time because it takes time to do it. The sugar-free key lime pie was absolutely perfect. I love this place and the wonderful staff. A big shout out of thanks to all of you for your service.

Used to love coming to Zack's for a smoothie same kind every time. last two times have been terrible I'm highly disappointed!!!!! Just wondering if you all changed recipes or something if so I will not be coming back!!!!!!!Please do better.....

Each time we visit, we are greeted with friendly customer service and great recommendations for flavors and combos. We love trying new items. The staff always has great suggestions. AND its nicely price.
This place is a great place to get frozen yogurt, there is a recent review that I wasnt to fond of. Considering this said person is talking about a young ladies skin condition, really just throws me off, I dont think as an adult you should be blasting someones personal life/ problems on a review that anyone could see. How would that make you feel if someone complained about something that you cant help and that you are embarrassed of? Probably not too good. Remember there are two sides to every story and you shouldn’t believe everything you see on the internet. But, besides that ive had nothing but excellent service and yogurt! :)
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. So today Sunday January 2, 2022 around 5:30pm I had quite the experience at Zacks. So my husband and I went through the drive thru. A young lady took our order, while the taller young girl in the back prepared the yogurt. First off, there were no gloves or masks on either of the reps. It gets worse. The girl making our food started scratching her neck as she was assembling the cone. Oh then she took it a step further and with her bare hands she dug in the toppings and sprinkled it on my husband’s frozen yogurt. Then proceeded to bring us the order with a red irritated neck (as if she’s been scratching her neck the entire day). We told her “no thank you, we would like a refund” I told her that was absolutely disgusting and all she said was sorry I can’t help it. Yep, she said she couldn’t help it. This is exactly why everyone is sick now. I hardly ever leave reviews but knew I had to bc i am a mother with a toddler and it’s disgusting establishments like this that are the reasons why the pandemic is out of control now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. My stomach is turning just thinking about it.
Good frozen yogurt but very careless. They don't wear masks or gloves when preparing your order in the middle of a pandemic!
