Food here is good, but it is incredibly unhealthy. You can literally eat your entire day's worth of sodium in a single meal, it's so bad they have to give sodium warnings on the website and on the menu. The drive through is also a commitment because if you go in and someone pulls up behind you, your not gonna be able to get out of there's a long line in front of you. But they do have high protein vegan options
Really wanted to enjoy my experience but the woman at the window was incredibly rude and I had to wait 30 minutes total for a meal I purchased and paid for via app 20 minutes prior to arriving. I was the second car behind the one ordering and myself and 18 other cars were paused for 30 full minutes. Finally, when the woman took their order I was able to pull up and interact with her. No apology, no sincerity, zero empathy. Oh well, fortunately I don't live here but if I ever find myself passing through the area I won't visit this location.
Everyone that is working April 1 Friday night until close should be fired. They closed your restaurant at 1 am for problems with the system. Right now you’re supposed to be opened until 3 AM. They don’t like DoorDash, they cancel orders for no reason and they are liars. The owners should really clean house here because this has happened several times. Many times I never get my full order. In the day time seems to be better but evening to night time is very bad here. Very lazy employees
I love this location!. The line always moves pretty quickly, my food is always right and warm. The employees are always so friendly too! Which makes the experience even better. So hard to find good fast food places these days. Keep up the great work team!
From time to time the dining room may not be open with them being short staffed. Other than that I eat here probably too much haha.
To the managers of this location: HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Quit making excuses about "lack of staff" so you can close the lobby, because some people drive vehicles that are taller than 9 feet.You know how to get employees to stay with your company/location?YOU PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE.I am extremely disappointed; this is the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I will most certainly be making a phone call to your corporate office regarding this matter.
This place needs a overhaul on everything! Understaffed there more to it. Been eating at Taco Bell sent the 1976. Problem they don't care what kind of food they put out & how to keep things clean. Prices getting to high & quality of food getting bad & less!
Quality wise, hands down the best taco bell in the triad!
I'm much improved the remodel I really don't care cuz I always get through the drive-thru and have for several years I staff is friendly the orders are right and you know foods good I like that grilled cheese thing they just came out with a couple months ago
Need to update the hours. Says open until 2AM, went there at 10:15 and it's closed.
