Third Experience: I used to work at subway. For about 5 years. They never greet customers. One had an attitude and sighed when the man walked in after me. They were complaining about customers and talking so I had to repeat myself more than 3 times. Overall not terrible service but yall can do betterSecond Experience: We walked up and the employee was checking another customer out. After touching the register he did not wash his hands. He then took the delipapers that they make the sandwiches on and put them on the counter with no gloves. He put his hands all over them then put his gloves on. He continually was touching his shirt/clothes and other surfaces between making the sandwich. He was then going back and forth to the back and touching his shirt and the back of his pants. It was making me nervous wondering what other cross contamination was occurring that I did not witness. His service was very slow and he was obviously improperly trained. I was a little bit sick watching him prepare our food.-2 starsFirst Experience: Good service. Nothing to rave about but staff was kind and efficient-4 stars
First time inside- the people were very slow and kept getting confused. I wanted the spicy Italian just like the picture and they just kept staring at me. And now that I have said sandwich, there’s no condiments on it at all. I would assume it would come with condiments but I could be wrong. I also got a cookie and had to initiate them to give it to me. They then just kept looking at eachother until I said what one I wanted. Overall they were super confused but the sub is fine i guess
Went to get 9 subs. Mostly the same and had to tell them over six times what to put on subs. Move so slow. Help must be on drugs. Three other subways in Kernersville and I went to worse one but I learn from my mistakes.
Clean, great staff, fast!
Brown lettuce, wouldn't cut up the cold cut meat just threw it in, refused to give me shredded cheese, asked for ranch 4 times they kept grabbing Italian and they got mad bc I said no to Italian after asking for ranch 4 times!!the Girl had the worst attitude, not sure if it was her first day but she was horrible! She made the entire ordering process take so long and had the worst attitude
Ate here all the time until they screwed up my order and refused to make it right. They forgot the pepperoni AND salami on my Italian. It was an online pickup order so I didn't know until I got home, pretty frustrating. Immediately called but they were already closed so made sure to mention it next time I went in. I asked for a couple drinks to make it easy but was told they can't because I didn't have a receipt. How would a receipt prove that my order was wrong? How much overhead can there possibly be for drinks? Terrible customer service.
The team is always ready to welcome me to the store. I always enjoy speaking with the team. Some of the most intellectual conversation I have is when I stop in and order my usual sub combo. Highly suggested!
Made me feel very uncomfortable about forgetting my mask and told me not to come back unless I can follow the rules. I'm fully vaccinated and will not be back to this location.
Worst place possible to eat. Think God I check my food. Cross contamination and food allergies can kill people. Order completely wrong. Good safety not practiced. Sanitation bored already broke down pryer to closing. When I said something the girl working and the manager told me if I was you I wouldn’t eat here. We break stuff down so we can go home sooner. If anyone needs to see I have the video of the whole experience. Will definitely be calling the health department as soon as this post.
Really nasty about wearing a mask! Would definitely go out of my way to go to another store!
