This evening I visited the 1030-A South Main St, Kernersville, NC location and ordered 3 footlong subs because I had the Get THREE FOOTLONGS FOR $17.99 coupon. However, when I start to checkout I'm told that the coupon has already expired?? The date on the coupon says expires 6/25/22 and today is 6/25/22? The manager stated that she could not adjust the total in the system if it does not accept the coupon. I advised her that's ridiculous!! So I told her that if they're not going to honor the coupon then I only wanted 2 subs because the diffference was about $10. She said okay that's fine and preceded to remove the sub from my bag. Now, either the manager was clueless or the Subway quidelines are a false representation...so which is it? For future reference DON"T state the coupon expires on a certain date when you're not going to allow your customers the same date to redeem...this is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING because this makes no sense to throw away that 3rd sub rather than allow your customer to redeem a VALID coupon.

One of my favorite places to eat at

Tried the rotisserie chicken sub today, toasted, with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. OMG, it was delicious!! The meat was chunky and tender, not at all like sliced cheap lunchmeat. Very good.

Went in at 7 pm to get a meatball sub. No one greated me. Employees hanging out in office. Employee said the meatballs are burned that they have been sitting all day. YUCK...Never going back

I ordered a toasted SOCT sub to be delivered to my home, when I opened it the paper was saturated and stuck to the sandwich. The bread was gummy and (again) saturated.I phoned the S. Main location to ask the manager to possibly have my sub remade, but when the line was answered it was by an eruption of teen girl laughter (I honestly thought I called the wrong number) then a testy voice answered “Subway”. When I asked to be connected to the manger-she quickly took offense and roughly (all but cursed me out) told me the manager wasn’t there. (That’s fine.) As I proceeded to ask if there was an email or another way to reach the manager, she began to over talk/yell at me that there was NO MANAGER THERE! And then asked if I would like to tell her the reason for the call and to leave my info..............(Well, NO. Not really seeing as she had already positioned herself poorly) so I took a deep breath and asked for her name SHE DISCONNECTED THE CALL.I PAID FOR A SOPPING WET SUB AND WAS TREATED WITH IMPOSITION REGARDING THE MATTER. I cannot believe this is how this company standardizes CUSTOMER SERVICE.
