Loudest crew ever. Especially the young lady with yellow hair. Loud laughing, sharp pitched voice and louder than anyone in here. I have been coming to this location since 2019 to eat, work and drink yummy drinks. With the new renovation I was excited. But this place has become a high school cafeteria. The only calming part is seeing Gwen. ( I'm likely mistaken on her spelling).She is professional, courteous, so pleasant and makes my visit a bit more tolerable)They really need to tone their voices down. It hurts at times.
I’d like to start by saying that I do understand this is a fairly new location. But my experience with this Starbucks location has been horrible the last 3 times I have ordered from here if I ordered online and picked up from drive through all my drinks were made wrong today was no different. The baristas are NOT paying attention to what we as customers are ordering. That is unexceptable. I will drive a little further and go to the startbucks on main st in Kernersville

Emmanuel/Emmanuelle was absolutely amazing. Their spirit and kindness was off the charts. We have never had such a pleasant person greet us.
Young lady with the knitted toboggan (with cat ears) was so polite! Was having a bad day, and she managed to put a smile on my face. Give that girl a raise!
Love the renovation. Enjoy stopping in with my grandboy. Super kind and friendly staff. Enjoy our food, drinks, clean friendly atmosphere and friendly staff every visit.
Awesome experience the draft who's behind the building and it's always busy cuz it's a good service and excellent customer service even the food is good and we always have a great experience here. Even with the weird Driving Experience behind the building is still a great place I always get here
I've never had such an awful experience at a Starbucks. The cashier who I assume was named Taylor since her name tag said taywer was incredibly rude. Laughed and responded rudely when we asked about flavors. Then got an attitude with my sister when she tried to order.
I hope you all pay a much needed and well-deserved visit to this fabulous establishment.
Best Starbucks in the Triad? I think so, I wonder if this could be an award. Drinks are always perfect and consistent, I cannot say the same for Cloverdale in Winston
