If you can't fulfill the services you offer, you should remove them. Worst experience yet at a Sonic. I placed an order on the phone. Pulled into a spot & was told RUDELY they were short staffed & then completely ignored at the drive thru. & I could hear it was on purpose. & then to loudy be blew at... what do you need. Then my order was wrong, completely wrong.
The best Sonic that I have ever eaten at. The food is awesome. Other Sonics should send their employees here to train!!
After going and getting 3 blasts one vanilla and 2 cake batter with cookie dough . they didn't make but one with cake batter no cookie dough, and 2 vanilla . which wasnt what I ordered , I went back there because I didn't know until I got home they were wrong , then when I got there they remade them like milk , im am severely disappointed in sonic . its a shame you can't do better than this , im glad there is cook out and dario also a dairy queen to choose from , im not returning to sonic .and if you are looking for blasts or shakes in kernersville , DONT GO THERE ,
Tatar tots..They were OVER COOKED!! Shrunk up and turned dark brown... AND they NEVER know when to stop shaking THAT salt shaker..
Been going here since they opened. I miss the open seating it had originally, however that may just be due to my having many fond memories back iniddle and high school just going and hanging out late nights and getting poppers or mozz sticks and Slushies with the crew. Once ordered a slush with every single flavor the had, an Ultimate suicide that they called a Miles. Surprisingly not horriblel, orderedit 3 times . A near 20$ drink in 2009. They had to put a regular slush in a rt44 cup. I don't want to imagine the price of that monstrosity in 2022 ? I'll always love Sonic. I recommend a blue razz cherry limeade slush, mozzarella sticks, and a extra long chilly cheese coney with a small totz. Gotta be fresh and Definitely the softer totz are best cause I used to put the totz on my coney but taking a bite and popping one at the same time works just as easy. Takes me back to better days
Wanted a large breakfast burrito and finally had a great one Taco Bell don't serve breakfast in Kernersville a bummer but Sonic's did a great job will go again soon!!
I hate to be the person to leave a bad review, I try not to but today is the day I’ll write one. I have never had bad service here during the day, everyone is always friendly. But the last two times I have came through at night they were awful. I came tonight and we sat at the speaker for five to six minutes and no one spoke. If they would have told us to hold on I would’ve understood but they were silent. We drove to the window in case they didn’t hear us there and all they did was open the window and didn’t say anything. We told them we had a pickup order and all the time she said nothing. We got our food and left, being polite and saying thank you. The entire encounter she didn’t say a word to us and as a manager of a fast food restaurant that was something that doesn’t sit right with me. I have never witnessed such disrespectful people in my life.
This is the worst unsanitary sonic I ever visited. I was at the speaker to order for over 15 minutes. I pulled up to see everyone doing nothing. The one manager was on his phone texting. I took a picture of him. Then he had the nerve to put his phone on the counter where he makes everyone sandwich ect... I say to the other manager how unsanitary that was and he say how can I help you like I want something after I saw the nasty things they was doing. After I say I'm going to send the pictures to the health inspector they say they was just there last week. I say they need to fail them because people can get sick & he said please don't. I never received an apology or anything
I hate leaving negative reviews but this deserves it. I order a mobile order at 9:50 allowing time for them to get it ready, I arrive at 10:20. Lights are all off but two cars in the parking lot so I drive to the window. I see no one so I drive around and press I’m here in my app. I wait and no one comes but then I see a girl walk past the door so I know someone is there. I drive back around to the window and honk my horn, still nothing. I drive around and park and walk to the door to knock because at this point I’m mad I’m out of $40. Then I see TWO workers walk out of the back and go talk to someone they know I’m assuming. So I walk over and say hey I have a mobile order but I don’t want it I want a refund. The girl says “ok I’ll do it right now”. No apologize, no nothing. All I want is my $40 and I will NEVER come back to this Sonic. That is pathetic and ILLEGAL to close down a store with 40Minutes left! Sonic do better.
Want to give 0 stars. Have been workimg since December 7 2021 to get a 24 dollar credit as they charged my credit card twice for my meal (got charged like 50) Location (in kernersville nc) doesnt answer the phone and customer service on main phone number lies.
