Ordered from them a couple of times now. The pizzas have been consistently good and delivery times very reasonable. Even after I made a mistake on my internet order and personally called them to fix it..the staff handled it for me very well and fixed my error.. and STILL got my Pizza out in good time! Will be doing more busines with them!
Corporate needs to come in and pull the plug on this location. I give it a shot every few months hoping things changed, but been the same experience every time. I always order online ahead of time and leave to pickup at the time the order is supposed to be ready Incase they are a little behind. I try to call for the curbside delivery but no one ever answers the phone. When I get inside the phone continuously rings with no one answering. The food is never ready and I usually wait about 30extra minutes but somehow the food always comes from the back and is room temperature and usually wrong but I just want to get out at this point. One employee comes to the register about once every ten minutes while the rest are heard and seen singing and dancing in the back to the music you could hear over the constant ringing of the phone. Just shut it down.
Tried the stuff crust and breadsticks, it was good. Toppings tasted a lil off. Breadsticks were good. Last time here had Personal pan. Check it out!
Service was efficient and friendly. Pizza was ready on time, hot and delicious.
The pizza was late it said 50 minutes when order was placed. It took a whole hour and a half. Also when the driver arrived he pulled in my front yard instead of the drive way... The surpreme pizza we ordered had burnt peppers and onions.
This is the worst pizza hut ever. I live 3.7 miles away and they refused to deliver to me. I'm in Kernersville and they are too. Saying another pizza is my assigned delivery store. I called that store but they had no delivery drivers which is ridiculous. Jeremy was the one that helped me on the phone at the Kernersville store and refused delivery service to me. He should be fired.
I promise its worth your time to drive to Walkertown. Unfortunately this store is being mismanaged.
I have a tremendous amount of patience for fast food workers. That being said, I do expect some customer service standards when I visit. Speak to me in a clear courteous voice, and get my order correct. Neither of these standards were met.The worker greeted me with an annoyed tone and rolled her eyes as she said it. Then to find out my chicken wings weren't as I ordered and my food was room temperature.I don't expect everyone to be cheerful Chick-fil-A employees, but would like some simple courtesy when exchanging money for food.
The pizza was ready when they said it would be and it was hot and very good. Everything went exactly as they said on their website when I ordered and when I went to pick it up.
You never delivered my pizza or refunded me my money when you called and said you could not deliver my pizza. My children had to wait longer because I had to order from somewhere else. We are sick with covid and unable to leave our house.
