Horrible my food was messed up and this guy gets on they phone and says what do you want me to do about it!!! The don’t even deserve 1 star
First off, the manager named Dakota needs to be fired immediately. His behavior on 3/9/2022 at 10:23pm was customer abuse based on my many years of management experience. I placed an order online and used the last monies I had to pay for the order as I was getting paid the next day. I called to ensure that a customization was being done and was hung up on after someone answered the phone “We are closed” and then hanging up the phone. I kept calling back because I already placed my order and wasn’t placing one over the phone. I finally yelled on the 5th call to get his attention and did as he was about to say the same thing and he then said that the order will not be made and that I will have to take it up with the general manager the next day as it is not his problem. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable behavior and needs to be addressed immediately. I am pasting the screenshot of the calls I made. Keep in mind that on several of these calls, I was on hold for minutes before the rude message and before the successful final call.
Fast and very nice people working when I went. I didn't wait more than 15 minutes

NY Style pizza is over rated maybe get the crust well done will make it better. This is a jumping location with no parking availability, only 2 spaces for drive up delivery in which I had to pick up myself due to limited parking. One man had to drop his wife off by herself in the snow to walk in by herself. Parking lot was shoveled but there's 2 other businesses next door
I love the Brooklyn Pizza. Not as good as Elizabeth's, but close enough to order it 2 nights in a row. Also, placed order online for pickup. I spent more time walking from my car to the door than I did in the store. It was fast and there was someone else placing an order. Very efficient service. 10 stars if I could.?
I wanted a pizza. To order online Pappa John's offers only one option: register and give them a pile of personal information, credit card data and all I wanted was a pizza. Tried to call in, got 8 minutes of commercials. Hung up and called back. Eventually got through....all to order a pizza. This sucks. Obviously they are more interested in my personal data than selling a pizza. Last time we go here.
Delivery guy took the pizza back to the store stating he knocked and no one came to the door . I was upset because In a flat apartment of 800 square feet and watching In The Dark , I heard NO ONE come to the door . I told the store manager and she said he told her he also called . When the next delivery person came he said Britany the store manager gave me half off for the inconvenience. I just wanted the pizza but that definitely made me feel better after waiting double the time I was told
Food was good but just a little slow. No worries though, I'll be back. ?
