Location is ok. But just ok. Their pattern is familiar. Someone there resents their Rewards program. Whenever I use the app the food is worse. Free Fries = Cold or under cooked Fries. Pictured is my Free Big Mac with Extra Pickles which = No Pickles. I didn't stop because the food was for me and not my Kids. A restaurant operated in large part by Teenagers in a Worker Shortage will have some imperfections but these little micro-aggressions take extra effort to hurt loyal customers that should be getting rewarded. An even larger issue is that this happens different times of day, weekday or weekend. I didn't do a survey because I wanted to see if others experience something similar. If not... Anyway, for comparison , the Union Cross location is so 5 Star, I have never thought to rate them. I will soon.
Gotta love their app and the daily deals on Mocha Frappes! It gives you a drive thru code you tell the attendants over the speaker and you move straight on thru. Pull up and it charges your card on file or if you prefer cash they'll take that too if your card on file doesn't have the funds. Bada Bing Bada Boom Youre greeted at the last window with your Mocha Frappe and sent on your way.. for those of you not familiar with the app you also get a sweet treat on your birthday!!!

We placed our order on the screen, then went to get our cups from the counter. When I asked for them, the employee handed them to me and immediately walked away. He didn't even speak. When a bag of food was placed on the counter, no one called our number. It just sat there. Finally, my husband said "Do you think that's ours?".. I told him it probably was because the place was pretty dead. It didn't look like anyone else was waiting. So he walked up there and got the bag of food, which was ours. Still trying to figure out why we were given a number to sit on the table. Customer service in America, across the board is lacking these days, but y'all need to do better.
Undercooked quarter pounder, soggy fries, lettuce and tomato put on a spicy chicken sandwich that DOESN'T come with either of those ingredients. Not going back. Please learn how to do your job properly.
I recommend people to stay away from this location. I am sick, I bought this quarter pounder tonight and when I bit into it I noticed it was very soggy with grease, i’ve then opened it and realized it wasn’t even cooked all the way in very greasy. When I called the restaurant to report the food the manager had the nerve to hang up on me. I’m going to have to seek medical attention, this is horrible and no one should have to experience this
I would say this is the very best McDonald's that there is in America they have outstanding service and the best tasting McDonald's food one can offer I recommend
