I just changed my review from a 4 to a 3. I went up here last night to get a ice cream cone. (Because dairy queen was closed) so I went through the drive through, but the lady taking my order had an attitude and didn't seem like she cared much about her job at all. So after that a procede to the window to get my ice cream cone, but what I see in the back made me only eat half of it. The workers where passing it around while touching the cone part, no napkin or anything. I understand that they probably change there glove 30 times a day, but you never know what people are touching in there.
I don't normally write reviews or complaints because I know some days are rough at work, and today being July 4th I understand that being at work is upsetting, I would be too. However, that being said I was kinda took back by the way in which my food was handled, the people at the drive through etc were nice but when I got home with my food it looked as if someone threw my burger together and then punched it lol, I know it's McDonald's so I don't expect the best of care when it comes to good but with it being as if my burger got beat up, plus the half of pound of mayo oozing out front he burger,along with the burger looking old, I simply could eat it. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but you can't treat people's food like this even if your are upset.
The staff at this location were really nice and the restaurant was really clean. We ordered biscuits & gravy, smoothies and iced coffee. No complaints whatsoever.
I pulled up at 12:55 ; all i wanted was a coke. It was enough time for them to just fill a cup of drink and go on. Then turned the lights off on me at 12:58. This time and location has given me issues before. I just wanted a drink ??♀️
Always have a great experience here. Employees are nice and patient. Restaurant is clean and food is normally hot.
The people that working there don’t care at all about their customers. They really need a better training at this restaurant. They are extremely rude.
Love me some McDonald's but my stomach sure doesn't haha it would be a 5 but they forgot my straws
Ordered and paid for a spicy deluxe with pickles and lettuce (no tomato) and got a plain grilled chicken on a bun.Took it back and waited 10 minutes for them to finally bring a spicy chicken with sauce slathered all over both inside and outside and flattened.Asked if I can get lettuce and they literally flat out said no. Even though that's exactly what's on the receipt.I'll never go to this location again.
I ordered a coffee and a blueberry muffin, I received a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll looked great but the thing is whenever I told her (the tart at the drive thru) That I ordered a blueberry muffin she proceeded to take back the cinnamon roll. ATTENTION ALL; She put the cinnamon roll back on the warmer which is illegal by law. I watched her take it to the back and thats awful. By law they are NOT allowed to take back ANY food they that window. Weither it be good, drink, the wrong food. It doesn’t matter. You do not take food back into a food establishment after it has entered someone’s vehicle.
I give this place 4 stars because order accuracy in drive thru is hit or miss. I also watched a lady pouring my tea, the tea ran out before glass was full, so just put lid on instead of getting more to completely fill.
