This is what an order of fries from this location looks like, supposedly.And when I went back in to ask if this was the normal amount(literally 12 fries) the associate said in order to get more I would have to order a large size. Ridiculous. $20+ Worth of food and this is what was given to us. Ridiculous.
Cant say it was bad but also cant say it was good. Employees are very bored waiting for customers and I hate that. Makes the day feel long. The waitress was good but changed shifts during time. The cooks wanted to go home due to boredom. Pizza was ok not much chicken.
Picked up a medium pizza today, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Picked it up and when I got home 5 minutes away, it was hard and cold. I've had frozen pizzas look and taste better.And your website that you want me to go to won't allow me to send in my complaint. So, not only is your food a waste of money, your website is broken.
I know many places are struggling with staffing, but this was a bit ridiculous. Ordered online with a 35 minute pickup time. Showed up right on time. My pizza and salad were ready, but they were waiting on garlic bread... She yelled back and they said they would make it now. All said, another 30 minutes before I got my order. All the time I was sitting there there were confused and late orders. The girl handing out food was obviously overwhelmed. My pizza and salad had now sat on the counter (bagged and away from any heatlamps) for 30 minutes. So pizza was cold and salad was warm and wilted. I had asked a couple times for a status, and at one point told her to just cancel the bread - she said she didn't know how to refund me on an online order. Doordash was in 3 times when I was there and left because orders weren't ready on time.They had half a dozen people in the kitchen, but it looked very disorganized, and the "manager" was in the lobby cleaning tables and complaining loudly about staff not wanting to work, or that they quit after their first paycheck....All in all, pizza was bland and not that great. Garlic cheese bread was bland and dry - really needed the marinara sauce to make it edible. Salad was warm and very watery. It was my first and last time going there.
Literally the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Waited an absurd amount of time to get a drinks order, then another long time to have our order taken. From there, the server came to take the order again (this happened with our drinks, too). 43 minutes later, my daughter’s food came out. 44 minutes mine came out. 48 minutes later, after not preparing it correctly, my husband’s came out. When asked how things were, I shared our experience with the hostess ??♀️. Her response was, “we are busy.” There was ZERO customer service. The bus boy did ask us how long we’d been there, when we ordered, etc. I don’t get the impression he had a lot of sway in the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever!!
I went to the Ledo Pizza location in Kernersville, NC for the first and last time on 4/14/2022 at 7:07 pm. I was so disappointed as I was with my friend and they had heard great things about the food. Upon entering the restaurant there were several dirty tables that had not been cleaned after customers had left. We tried to overlook the dirty tables because we wanted to try the food. The waitress was nice, but came to our table frustrated after awhile because our food had not begun to be prepared after placing our order and being in the restaurant for 35 minutes. She stated it would be another 30 minutes before the food would be ready because kitchen staff was playing around. We opted to leave. There were at least 6 employees visibly seen in the restaurant and it was not crowded.There was no reason for the restaurant to not be clean or for service to be better. I won't be returning. The place needs a serious overhaul in cleanliness and professionalism because right now it's a grade "F."
A MD guy now living in NC had to visit the Ledos in K’ville once I found out there was one this far south.The pizza was of course great but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible ( which sadly I’ve found common in NC). Couldn’t get sprinkle cheese, hardly any sauce on the pizza after specifically asking for such. Ready to go just after a few slices so I ask for a to-go pasta ‘tin’ for my leftovers ( not a box) and for some odd reason the server couldn’t understand what I was trying to ask for! Crazy frustrating. Also asked for a small to-go dipping sized of pizza sauce and she brings me out a pasta tin of sauce! I wasn’t sure how to react to that so I tried again to explain I just wanted a small little ram akin of sauce. Right after that some fat lady walks out and says “ you can’t have all that sauce. It’s too expensive!” I responded, I never asked for it!! It was a service- customer service nightmare.Also the place was so dirty. From the floors, server stations, even the bill folder was grossly slimy and full of crumbs.Maybe take-out? Maybe not but I’ll never go there to eat again.

Today at lunch I ordered a small pizza with Italian sausage topping. It was perfect: the crust crispy, the amount of sauce just right, and the sausage was tasty. Friendly staff. I highly recommend Lido's.
We waited a hr for a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pizza. The pizza was brunt. There were only two servers on the floor. We didn’t get asked about our drinks until 15 mins after we sat down. I would have left, but my four year daughter wanted pizza so bad. Silverware WW as dirty, I had something floating in my drink. This is my very last time here. Sad because there food and service used to be great.
