Freaky slow! Place was empty and guy took my order. Never said thanks. Was a total bother to him for coming in! So rude! Definitely never go back. Rude people! Definitely bettwr off giving my money to a better place than thia

little overpriced... they rush you off the phone.. and you order never right.. but other than that.. they are always willing to at least correct their mistakes

Called to order a couple subs at 8 pm. But the guy that answered the phone acted like I was bothering him. Customer service is not good. So I called Jersey Mike's and ordered a giant sub and a regular. From the looks of the reviews you need to work on customer service.
There’s nothing freaky fast about waiting 30 min for your order. And watching 20 people walk in and out of the store with food when you ordered 20 minutes before them.

I’ve been in the same location for 5 years now. I used to order a lot. Sometimes twice a week. Delivery was always fast. Yes now it takes 20-25 mins but everyone is short handed and they do the best they can. Delivery people have always been very nice.I stopped ordering due to a severe incident.Well just last few months I order once in a blue moon and every time I do I swear I will not order again.My problem is the price versus ration.For example the #4 $6.50 you will get ONE slice of Turkey for each side so a total of TWO. Thin and taste like air.For $0.95 you will get ONE slice of cheese.ONE Cookie $1.75….Delivery fee $2.49So for a little over $11 you will get a sandwich stuffed with a mountain of lettuce and two thin slices of air aka watered down lunch meatI wouldnt have a problem with the price if we actually got a real sandwich.I haven’t nor won’t contact customer service because I have no interest on ordering ever again
Placed order online and was sitting in front of this place. Called inside to request service brought to my car as i am disabled. Fine we will fix right now. I saw 10 to 15 people go in and come back out with there food. I finely called inside and just requested a refund. Poor poor servi d .
Placed an order at 12:45. So much for freaky fast. The person I spoke to was rude and blamed in on how many orders they have. Not only bad service but no apologies either. Over an hour for two sandwiches. And now they're soggy. Thanks a bunch.
