Food was terrible! Fries were inedible, they were so old. Burger patty was tough and rubbery. Such a disappointment
I was the only person in the drive thru and they moved slow. They were out of a few items I attempted to order. This location is hit or miss.
I need to write this review to let people know what is going on there. So i was there 2/15/2022 around 1:00pm i drove to the drive thru and no one answered so i drove up to the window and there was a car in front of me and he was not getting any help either so i drove up next to him and he had ordered his food on the app and no one was helping him at all could not see anyone in the store. so we both proceeded to the front door and both doors were locked so we walked over to the dining room and there were 2 people sitting down that did not look like employees so we had what was going on they stated the system was down. So then we saw a employee sit down at a table so i knocked on the window until he saw me and then he finally got up and come to the front door and i asked what was wrong and he stated the system was down and I proceeded to asked why was there not a note placed on the door or the drive thru letting customers know. He cam back and said they were short staffed. Then I had asked him about the other gentlemens order that he order on the app. Then the guy stated he would go back and fix his meal. I wish now I would have got the guys name is was very RUDE and not very sorry to the customers. Ifeel this store should be reported to corporate very un professional.
Not the best Hardees I have ate at. My sandwhich had a weird taste to it. Wasted money in my opinion

3 times, THREE TIMES I have gone here around 7 and they’ve been out of chicken. Response tonight was its frozen and has to thaw all day before we can cook it…… considering this happens every night where your running out before 7 is a good sign your not taking out enough!!!! Last time I was told at 8:15 the reason they ran out was because they closed once everything was cooked??? Point awful workers, avoid.
Drive thru was quick. Order was correct and food was hot and fresh.
Doors locked. Couldn't tell if it was open or not. Drove to McDonald's down the street.
The breakfast sandwich with sausage, bacon, and egg wasn't very good and I couldn't really enjoy the meal but I was hungry and just ate whatever. However the chicken sandwich was good.
Awful, avoid at all cost! No one in line at drive thru so you'd figure the food would be fresh. NOPE, cold stale burger and fries. Tasted like it was made hours ago. Ordered the Frisco burger. Disgusting, now I know why no one was eating there. $10 bucks for garbage food. Stay away
