By far the worst Firehouse I’ve been to. I have had issues here before but today takes the cake, I get home with my food and they forgot to put 80% of what I asked for on my sub. I go back and speak with one employee who was nice and helpful but she looked at my receipt and asked if these items were supposed to be on the sub? I knew I was in trouble then, I told her yes and she remade the sub, as soon as I get in the car I check it and she still forgot multiple things! I know these jobs aren’t for the most qualified people but for $40 for 2 meals I’d expect at least for the order to be right after multiple tries. Whoever owns this location should have a manager on staff everyday instead of a few college kids that don’t care about anything.

So I'm feeling conflicted with this location, I previously left 5 stars since I love eating at Firehouse Subs. The service at this location went from a decent sub to horrible. Do better Firehouse Subs, this location needs attention. Seriously walk in this location like undercover boss and see what's really going on. Service and quality of subs at this location needs improvement. They don't even open on time either.
They need to bring back all the hot sauces and different sauces that they used to have before COVID. COVID is over now. We all know this. There's no more mask mandate and there's only a couple hundred cases per 100,000 people so they need to bring back the sauces. Man those sauces were so good. And that's one of the main things that set Firehouse subs apart from the competition.
Came in just before closing and was greeted with friendliness. Helped us decide on sandwiches and sizes. Great customer service and food at this location!!

Gave me the wrong order. Said my name but wrong sandwiches. Still good food but not what I paid for.
We stopped in with our family and another family. Food was good and there was enough seating to accommodate us. The staff was a little to be desired. They acted as if they were annoyed at the fact they had customers in the building. We will come back again and hopefully it was a bad day but if the staff acts the same way we won't be back for a 3rd, that was disappointing!
Just came in and ordered mine and my wife’s sub. Sandwiches were stale and cold. Meat was cold. Overall bad first experience. Definitely not worth $34 for two sandwiches, chips and a small drink.
We placed our order online and were given a time of pickup, however it was not close to being filled on time. The team members let me know what was going on and I was ok. I had a salad for the first time this visit and it was amazing.
