Our waiter was great food was on time fresh and warm excellent job
Excellent service, everything was great, except half of my chicken was not delivered to me hot. I sent it back to the kitchen and it came back hot and it tasted like it had a lot more habanero. I complained to deaf ears. The waitress/bartender said she would remove the five from the bill. Well, okay. But, how was the bill still over sixty dollars?, I had one beer, and my daughter had two drinks. It was just the two of us. Was the kitchen's intent retaliation? Yes. Will I return? Absolutely never. This management is ignoring issues and complaints. Obviously, the staff is so afraid of management they will lie for them and not really report any problems The waiting list for two people at 5:00 with obvious empty tables is ridiculous. Forget about it! Go elsewhere and quickly!
The food was not good at all. The grease was old and hasn't been replaced or recycled through. The chicken barely had any sauce. The fries were soggy and our drinks were forgotten. Had to go back to get them. I'm not gonna complain about the individuals working, however, based on the food and how unbusy they were I would theorize that the staff just didn't want to put in the work.
First time ever eating here. My family and I came in and placed the order so we could get a better view and idea of what was on the menu. The guy helping us suggested we try the honey garlic and thai chili wing flavor. Best wings so far definitely recommend!! Good food, Goodservice, and amazing ranch!
Do not go there., We went in waited 1 hr 20 minutes for our food. Which we never got . After waiting so long, they kept telling us our food was coming out. The waitress named Susan was absolutely rude and useless.The manager needs to clean this restaurant up and get some people that want to work and aren’t rude.
We came in for dinner, party of 5. We were seated and the waitress came around in about 10 minutes to take our drink order. She had to be the rudest waitress I have ever run into while eating out. I spoke to a manager and they said the General Manager knows she's rude and gets complaints all the time and nothing is ever done about it. AFTER WAITING 1 HR AND 20 MINTUES FOR FOOD . WE STILL NEVER GOT. WE LEFT.
I've eaten at this location three times over 2 years in town. Never made it to the next morning without getting very sick, ordering different menu items each try. Three strikes and I'm out for good. I used to love eating at ECW in King with my parents, but I can't order from this place again. Something was missing from the order each time, and I was up half the night throwing up. Every time.
This location was a whole lot better then the east coast wings in Greensboro. Clean tables, not greasy. Food Tate's better. The waitress was super polite.
Went there wing night on Monday. Ordered 10 boneless wings and the first one I bit into was still frozen, so I tried another one thinking maybe it was just a bad one. The next one was still pink on the inside. So I told the waitress and she said is there something else I can get you. So I ordered just a burger no side with it. It was good. Not once did a manager come to the table. When it was time for the check she had charged me $11.99 just for a burger so I asked if I could see a manager. He came over and acted like he didn’t care that my wings come out the way they did. He said I’ll fix the ticket so he come back and charged $6.50 for the wings I didn’t even eat.
If I could give no stars I would. Not only did I order delivery and my food was stolen but the driver. But when I tried to contact the store they would not answer The phone. Now I am without food and a refund. Will never order from here again.
