Great ! My wife and I just stopped in as we left the Hampton Inn (Hilton) to gas up the Batmobile.
The lady at the window at the Kernersville store was so nice. I will definitely go back there.
Staff was quite surly and they got part of my order wrong. The food was pretty good, but the service could use some work.
Favorite place to stop in the morning. Good customer service but they have a tendency to mess up my drink order, which is the only reason I'm knocking it down to 4 stars.
Small Dunkin, inside a convenience store. Clean, room enough to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee and maybe some baked goods. The staff was very polite, and friendly with positive attitudes!I'll stop in again the next time I'm in the area!!
The last few times I’ve stopped in have been absolutely horrible. Long waits, staffs attitude is negative at best, and there is no organization when items are placed on the counter. Last visit I waited over 15 minutes once getting there for 2 donuts and a coffee and this time 18 minutes for mini pancakes and a coffee. Both times mobile orders were placed over 5 minutes before arriving. I typically love Dunkin but I will not be returning to this location
After a LONG day on the road, it was nice to stop by for an iced coffee to help finish my trip and be served with kindness! Fast, friendly service and coffees were made as ordered! Will visit again if in the area :)
This dunkin never gets the order correct. If you ask for milk they put cream. Milk and cream are two different things. They’re always out of something. They don’t the difference between seasame seed and an everything bagel. They never give you your receipt. They always forget your food. You wait an absorbent amount of time in the drive thru. The drive thru isn’t efficient at all. They need to do better.
Have come through both drive and inside around 3 time and every time my drink is wrong or is either straight milk. They’ll repeat my order back correctly but somehow make it complete opposite. 2 stars because they’re nice enough to remake it
The worst donuts I ever ate. There was almost no filling in it. They tasted doughie. They were all donut and a little bavarian cream in it. They were not fluffy like the ones I had in Mockesville, NCPlus the service seemed like they didnt hv time for me to decide on the each donut.
