Every single time I place an order with Domino’s it takes well over an hour to receive a cold pizza that has been cooked, ready & just sits in a warmer at the store. It doesn’t matter if I order at 11am or 2 PM or 7 PM. Obviously they need more drivers. On one occasion the driver told me she was the only driver working. My order in March took so long even Dominos flagged it with an apology email and coupon. Now here I am finally reordering from Dominos a month later and again over an hour for delivery. I pay a fee for delivery,I also tip $5 on a $13 pizza but it doesn’t matter. In addition when the pizza finally did arrive it was incorrect. Onions on entire pizza instead of half so the kids won’t even eat it. I would definitely recommend ordering from this location if you like to wait endlessly for mediocre ice cold pizza that has been sitting around getting old for over an hour.
As a general rule, I have been extremely happy with service UNTIL today. I have now been on hold waiting to speak to a person for over 30 minutes. I was having problems ordering online for later today. Luckily I was finally able to get the order placed online but I am still on hold on the phone. Five stars for previous orders but not so much for this one.
Ordered for curbside pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting After I received the text that the order was ready, I finally went inside. They had placed the order in the pile for delivery and they couldn't find it. Got my thin crust veggie pizza home. Cold and the pizza was soggy and completely stuck to the box. Plenty of employees inside at the time. Horrible.
So yesterday was National Pizza Day, we missed it but made up the ground today. Domino’s has food options that are not available at Pizza Hut. The website really allows you to customize your pizza build. Domino’s online tracker is fantastic. It told me that Billy was the Quality Checker and Billy was also our delivery driver. I liked that he had skin in the game! It also notified me when he was in the neighborhood! The delivery directions thru Pizza Hut is only 16 characters. Domino’s let me give descriptive instructions on where to leave it and steps to avoid aggravating our aggressive inside dog. The pizzas were perfect and SO good!! The only thing they need to work on, is the tipping. You cannot add a tip to your credit card. We were lucky to have cash, because we usually don’t. If I’m paying online, it should be for product and tip.
We have used this location for years and was good for a long time....but I have had several issues lately including: delivery over an hour late, no offering anything extra to make customer happy, calling to check on order and getting hung up on, talking to rep about issues and getting hung up on.For a regular customer for years you have just lost my business.....
I never thought I would enjoy the pizza and a side of garlic bread twist with the dip. It was awesome ! Went back a second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and it was as good as the first!
literally waited for 2 hrs for my delivery to arrive. Had I not had a sick child at home i would have picked it up myself. After an hr and 40 mins of waiting I called the store. Only to be told it was just now being put in the oven because of unfortunate circumstances. I wish I could belive that but after receiving luke warm pizza at best I'm going to say that was a lie. The pan pizza I ordered was so soggy. And the other was barely warm and not even cut good. Needless to say the trash got it. Thank God for door dash that delivered my other meal I had to order because dominoes was taking so long. That food was worth what I paid. Can't belive i paid full prize for cold pizza that took 2 hrs.

One of the greatest places I've ever been given the experience to work for. Glad to be part of the team and the family. The have trained me very well and given me opportunity when other places haven't. Will always respect and go out of my way to get food from here
I'm a truck driver broke down on the side of the road.. not more than 2 miles away. I called to place a order and ask about a delivery to me. I told them the situation and offered to tip the driver 10 bucks. She said that she would talk with the manager and call me right back.. been setting since 11:47 am and it's 4:23pm and still no call back or food..
