What the heck happened to this place? Over the last few months, this location has gotten worse and worse each time we've gone. If I ever go back to this location, it will be a long time!To start, there's only people dining at about 10 tables inside, yet there's a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. They either need to hire more dependable help, hire more people in general, or pay people more so they can actually have enough employees working here. This is ridiculous and I haven't found another restaurant that is this poorly staffed.Another thing, you shouldn't have to ask for silverware, the hostess should bring it to the table along with menus. This could be an employee who doesn't care or a training problem, but it has happened the past two times we've gone.Another thing, it shouldn't take over an hour for food to come out with as minimal people as there are in this restaurant. I've had this happen twice. The first time, the waitress let us know the food should be out any minute about 10 times. It finally showed up after an hour and a ton of apologies later. The second time this happened, no apologies or updates on the food after an hour from the waitress. My wife and I got up and left. We ended up going to Taco Bell and guess what? The Taco Bell was staffed and the food came out in 5 minutes.My wife and I were regulars at this location ever since it opened, but something with staff or management or whatever changed in the past few months and everything has gone way downhill. Something has to change before we go back.Summary: This Cracker Barrel location has gone way downhill. Don't eat here if you value your time and money.
I had the Breakfast platter, the plant base sausage was delicious, I one item that I enjoyed the mist was the hash brown casserole. our waitress was great also.
This is a dinner portion of today’s Broccoli Cheddar Chicken…. I haven’t taken a bite of The broccoli is burnt, and it’s definitely not a dinner portion. This location has gone to the way of Horrible.
We waited an hour and a half for vegetable plates. The place was nearly empty on a Sunday at noon but there's a long wait to be seated. Cracker Barrel must need to pay more to attract the staff needed to actually run it.
Ordered online. Got there early and checked in online like I was instructed to do. After waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time I called to check the status of my order. No one answered. I called several times. Then After waiting a hour, I walk in to check the status of my order. No one was at the desk. Finally after waiting a while someone comes to the desk and I ask what the status of my order is, because at this time I would like to cancel it and cancel the payment. I informed him that I have been waiting for quiet a while. He says, "Oh its ready here you go."I feel if it is cold. By no means it is hot. He said, "They just brought it out here, and there is nothing he can do about this."I informed this young man I would like to speak to a manager. He said "he would be with me in a little while he was busy."I did not have time to wait for a manger and I was just getting more mad by the moment. I will not be back to this store. When I got home, our food was cold and had to be reheated. We were missing sides and the ice was melted in the drinks. Not great service or respect by any means.I understand that everyone is short staff right now, but you should not treat anyone the way I was treated.
The staff was a bit rushed and bordering on rude when serving but it was a big table during a busy hour. When things calmed down they relaxed more and it was easier to communicate with them. It also helped that the manager came out on her own to make sure our table had been waited on properly. The food was good and I was glued to the shop at the front. Those little treats are delicious!

This was a beautiful, brand new Cracker Barrel! The gift shop was gorgeous, well stocked and full of beautiful things. The restaurant side was bright and airy. Good service. Food was just as good as usual.
My husband and I met here for lunch on Tuesday evening.They told us a five minute wait. I don’t even think it was that long.But, our food came out fast. It was hot and it was good.The biscuits melted in my mouth.Our server, Kwana, took great care of us!
me and my friend put our names on the wait online and we sat for 17 mins (the hosts told us from their system how long we were there) no drinks, almost nothing. Nikki has been my server multiple times before, very slow but very sweet. tonight was just not the best. our desert was comped as well. overall not bad, very good food!
