If I could do no stars I would but I’m forced to choose one. Once upon a time they used to serve proper portions. Now they barley get any food in the scoops. This looks like I ate half but seriously why he so stingey with your customers? We’re paying full price. Also this is supposed to be double steak. What a horrible place and even worse customer service. Bunch of stuck up individuals nor ready to serve
The quality of food and the customer service has deteriorated drastically and the past 5 years especially at this location. Given the pandemic there was some lead way however the excuses have continued. The only way to get certain things is now to order on the app instead of in person. They have certain things for the online orders for instance today they had chicken and guacamole but refused to give it to the people that were ordering inside. I understand revamping menus and the occasional price hike however the deterioration of everything else should not happen it should only improve things. I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon and I have heard from many others they won't be doing the same unless management changes even on up to the CEO
I give up!!! The manager here was no help either. I am literally 1 purchase away from my free bowl and the rewards system has been down and entering the receipt info in does nothing. To top it off, they were out of white rice at 12pm. How do you have all this brown rice and no white rice. It ruined the entire order and again, no points. Don’t try to call the customer service phone number the the manager tells you to call because it tells you that you have to go online. Well here I am, “online” to hopefully save someone the trouble. So much for being a loyal customer. I will take Sheetz or Taco Bell anyway because at least they value my loyalty with a legit rewards program. My dog just got a $40 meal and I now have to go out and get something to eat and waste my $5 per gallon gas.
Went in all crew were wearing a mask and got great service and it was very fast.
Since when is it 2.30$ for a single serving of chips?! Food tasted off, kinda like dirty grill. And super skimpy on the food. I don't blame the employees but the corporation behind them. If you want Chipotle food without the Chipotle, go to Barberitos. More bang for your buck, better food, and don't charge you extra for chips (and they give you a full bag).
Quick and easy. Everything was hot and fresh. Guacamole was very good as a lot of chain restaurants don't do it right.
Walked in to there a young lady said if you don't have a mask I can not serve you. being The mask mandate is over I don't carry one so I asked if she had one to provide while I order she said no she doesn't' and she can't serve me without one. If you business chooses to continue to force masks then you should be providing them for customers that may not have one. I ate at the chipotle in Greensboro with no mask a week ago with no issue. I will not be coming back!!!!!
I guess these guys feel like if you don't come inside don't bother ordering at all. Multiple times over the last few months my orders have been wrong, with missing items and poor quality food. Tonight my bowl is missing it's lettuce, a key and easy, common ingredient. No utensils were provided. The rice is dry, and chewy. The food is barely "warm" despite being less than 3 miles away and being less than 10 mins from pickup to delivery.I've tried time and time again to give this location a second chance and they prove their mediocrity repeatedly.
No mask mandate but refused service with no mask!Watched them turn away multiple others as well.Prob 100.00 worth of potential orders denied.Stopped in to Starbucks next-door to get a gift card, they do require a mask on the door, but they did not hassle me at all for not wearing one, they actually appreciate peoples business.America Land of the Free!Shame on chipotle for making their employees get into these uncomfortable situations.Update’: the only reason I went to get this was to get lunch for my lady, when I asked her how it was she said it wasn’t as fresh as usual and didn’t eat it all.Well, when you don’t serve your customers but turn them away for not covering their face, your food gets old n cold and you pawn it off to the brainwashed.Stopped in 1/3, refused service for no mask.How is an employee able to not wear one over her nose but she is able to not serve me.Ordered online instead and waited inside for my order without a mask.
Their website and app are always down so whenever you place an order it says there’s been an error. Even used the number to place a pickup order and the robot doesn’t understand what you’re saying so it sends you to the store’s number. Then they say they can’t take orders over the phone which doesn’t make sense. Has happened multiple times. Address the error issue, thanks
