I was filming in the area and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the broiled seafood platter. It came out fast and included large servings of everything. I had shrimp left which seldom happens since I have a large appetite. The food came very quickly and there was a $2 beer special available as well.
Great food! We especially loved the trio of oysters appetizer they have, which is customizable to what kind you want. The fried shrimp were also amazing! Great prices and quality food and service. We will definitely be back soon!
Highly recommend.. Took my husband out on a date and he loves seafood and I am highly allergic but let me tell you they offer other foods.The food was so delicious and very reasonable. We have never been before but we will be back.Our waiter was super nice and so was the entire staff that we talked to.
We are Kernersville natives and live in Charlotte. We always stop in when we’re in town. The food was good but very disappointing that prices are up and portions are ridiculous. One piece of fish, 4 shrimp, and nothing but hushpuppies. We won’t be back.
Food was good with one exception the crab cake we ordered as an add on. My mom and I were only able to take one bite each. We split the captains platter and everything on it was really good. We will probably eat here again.
Do not over salt your fish batter because of Covid. I just down graded Seafood Shack and Sanibel's because they over salted. I boycotted you ten years ago. I think you are the best in the triad. I recommend you to everyone. Don’t over salt, don’t water down sauces. Keep your standards.
Best seafood near me (30 mins or less) Seafood Shack is the only other one that can compete with them. Really miss Captain Tom's in Thomasville though. Probably no relation to the location in Kernersville
Best calabash style sea food in the area. Just as good as as going to the coast. Consistently good and friendly wait staff.Highly recommended.
Best seafood place I've been to. Whether it's seafood or burgers, it's going to be good. Service is great as well.
