Shame on me for not double checking the order and trusting them. also bad that I keep going back. But, I have had enough. Especially when the owner doesn't care.
Our server Tabitha was great!! The food is good..my second time eating here and I will be back!!
It was late afternoon (around 2:30) and wanted something to hold me over until dinner. I ordered a senior cheese burger which came with fries and homemade chips, I got the chips ($5.75). The waitress asked what I wanted on my cheese burger, I replied lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion and pickles. I wasn't expecting much of a burger and that is what I got, not much of a burger which wasn't a big deal. The homemade chips were undercooked and oily, only a few were close to being browned. I did not get anything to drink. The problem was when I went to pay. The total came to $8.90 and I asked why. The young lady told me that it was because I got stuff on it. The menu does not mention condiments being extra, it does say plain beside Hamburger but not cheese burger. She also said that my waitress should have told me that and that I could have got a regular burger which was much bigger for less money with everything on it. She then went and talked to another young lady who came over and asked if she could help me. I explained the situation and asked if she could just charge me for the larger regular burger and she said it was too late for that, I ordered the senior burger and that is what I got. This is so wrong on so many levels. A restaurant that offers a senior menu to sell them a smaller portion but then charge them more than the regular size portion.
It seems like the service has gone down hill lately. We ordered food to go, and they completely disregarded how we asked it to be made —grilled chicken instead of fries, added onions when we asked them not to. Included a different kind of dressing all together. When I called to inform them I was placed on hold for so long that I eventually hung up. They also have a sign that says “customers need to check to go orders, they are not responsible for incorrect orders”. Seems to me that if they cannot follow directions via phone then they ARE responsible for incorrect orders…
The online menu shows food they don't serve. And everytime I go they consistently don't have a lot of foods on the menu. Be prepared for substitutions. It's gone downhill rapidly.

Was planning to take my team of 18 employees Cracker Barrel, and had already set it up with the restaurant only to be told that they didn't have the staff. I called Cagney's in a panic and they said we were welcome. 10 minutes later my crew arrived, they were getting the table set up, service was great, food was good and tasted homemade. My new go to place! Thank you for helping us out.
We came here and was told to seat ourselves which we did.. they had a few tables..we ordered coffee.. never had a server come again.. infact the waitress that took our coffee order sat with a guest at the table next to us that came well after us.. he had his coffee and ordered food and she didnt even acknowledge us again.. and i know with covid its hard to staff i get it.. but honestly there were several staff members.. had we gotten our coffee or just a hey your coffee is coming sorry about that we would have been fine.. she was stating that it used to be this busy all the time. We have ate dinner here several times over the past few months and never have gotten this type of service.. this review is in hopes that the another kville patron doesnt get this type of service.. your food is great but unfortunately we cant speak on brekafast bc we were never able to order before we left.. we sat at our table for over 25 mins...
Excellent as always, Great food and fast, friendly service. Has probably the best Gyro and Chips ever. Will definitely visit again soon.
Very extensive menu full of family favorites and comfort foods. It's all good all the time. Reasonably priced, good service. Try any of the daily specials or the calzones. Seriously, you can really get to love this place.
