Absolutely the worst service in Kernersville. Tried multiple times to place large pick up order, it’s never ready and they NEVER answer their phone. I do not know how this place is still open.
First time going to this chain. The food was pretty bad, generally speaking. Worse than other chicken chains. The breading on the chicken was hard and voluminous compared with the chicken inside.The biscuit was good, but you can tell there shouldn't be so much salt in it.
Went through drive through at the Bojangles on 66 in Kernersville. Set at the window for at least15 to 20 minutes. I ordered the 20 piece. When I got to my destination I had no biscuits except the 2 bo biscuits she gave me for waiting. My fixings were old. There was fries at the bottom of my bowl of potatoes. Mac and cheese was already dried out where they were old. Chicken was dried out. Has to be the worst Bojangles any where around.If they going to have a bunch of immature kids working then they need management there to guide them.
I had chicken and dirty rice, it was really good, fresh and hot!! We need Bojangles in Cleveland??
It was about a 30 minute wait for the food, I'm not sure what was going on. However, I love that this location has a sunroom! I hope it never goes away.
Dropped in here for a quick breakfast. Ordered several types of biscuits. All of them were really good and hot. The biscuits were really fresh. We'll be returning for more.
This bojangles is the worst and I will not be returning. Sat in line for at least 10-20 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Food was not hot and fresh and employees have no sense of urgency. Mite as well just be a dine in restaurant cause their drive thru is trash. There was no customers inside by the way.
On Feb 25th 2022 I went through the drive thru. At the time there weren't any cars in line so I thought I would be in and out. I was wrong! The service was horrible! No one communicated that it would be a wait on food in which should not have been the case when there weren't any other customers present at the time. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for food! Waiting on chicken, supremes, and fries almost made me late for work. When I finally decided to go in to check on my order one of the employees told me that she told the others to drop fries 30 minutes ago but no one did. Then they forgot to put my chicken legs in the bag. That is the main reason I came to a chicken restaurant! I came for the chicken!!! I will definitely not be back. This was the worst service I have ever experienced from a bojangles. Also the chicken did not taste like their infamous chicken. I was very disappointed. They need a better staff or something !!
This place has gone down hill in the last 3 1/2 yrs. It used to be very clean and organized rarely ever made a mistake drive thru or dine in. But now it's constant mistakes on both ends or they just flat out run out of cooked chicken on their busy run. This place needs a wake-up call soon or i see it shutting down soon for bad business.
Worst place to ever get food everything is just waiting underneath a heat lamp nothing's ever fresh, I mean at least they finally quit being lazy and opened the inside up to order and eat food, but who wants to eat food that isn't somewhat fresh that they grab from under a heat lamp smh never again will I go here the only reason it says usually no wait cause the food been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour I could see like 5 mins but you go here right when they open in the morning the food shouldn't be hard to eat I even went back inside and asked for fresh fries and they were still hard it's ridiculous and they don't care
