Wow! Every Big Burger Spot we have been to has not disappointed. The ingredients are all fresh and put together very well. The beef is excellent and always cooked to perfection. I would love to know the secret they have for keeping their fries so crispy.. seriously, some of THE best fries around.I made the comment that these are the burgers you want and expect when paying like $15 or more at some fancy restaurant.. but they're like half that price! I definitely recommend this spot.
Excellent place for a good burger. This has been on our list to try since we moved here a year ago and finally went. The menu did not disappoint. Plenty of options, and if you’re not a burger person they have chicken sandwiches as well. The dipping fries and onion rings were very good. Will definitely return.
I've been here many times since it opened, and I can say that they still have great burgers and fries. I advise the "dipping fries" so you can get a good spread of flavors, but they're all great. And today, the Party Melt was exactly the burger I needed. I love their food.
Great burgers and fries! The Bacon Bacon Cheddar cooked medium is fantastic and highly recommended. The Cajun seasoned fries are delicious. Long cut, not overcooked and perfectly seasoned; not over salted as can be the case with some Cajun seasoning. Wife had the sweet potato waffle fries that were really good as well that came with a cinnamon sauce. We will definitely stop again on way through.
This burger restaurant is one of the best I have EVER been to! The brisket burger is amazing. I'm a native Texas boy, and they do it right. 5 stars on that. The staff was kind, and the atmosphere was comfortable. My grandfather, whom I came with, highly rated this place, too. The onion rings, with their own special dipping sauce, are great. Go there! You won't be disappointed.

Not impressed at all. This is our second time coming here and the first time we enjoyed it but today was a disappointment. The lady who took our order was just not friendly. Made a face when I asked for toppings on my burger. Asked for mine to be medium and it’s very clearly well done. Even the bacon on the burger was burnt to a crisp. Burger lacked flavor, other than burnt flavor. Won’t be coming back.
I have been to all the Burger Spot locations and I have been to them multiple times. I decided to go to the Kernersville location tonight. The employee Cameron J was a complete disrespectful human being. Cameron attitude from and smart mouth just made them lose a customer. We ordered and he said is this for dine in I said yes and he was like we are closing soon. My burger was WAY over cooked when I asked for medium. The cook female with reddish hair with the back of her head shaved, she needs to lose the attitude as well. While I was sitting here eating my food Cameron was telling customers to use a certain trash can, locking the doors while customers were still eating. An elder couple walked in and he was talking to the cook and was like imma tell them no we are closed. If I was the owner they both would be fired. The chicken tenders we received were chew, tough and could not pull them apart.
