My husband and I come to this location quite often today we were a little behind and came in 15 minutes before closing and had such an amazing experience. The team was cheerful and patient and seemed like they really enjoyed what they were doing. In times where it’s hard to hire and retain talent especially in food service I was throughly impressed!
Tasty, fresh, attentive staffing. Wish the menu was in more places than the wall.
Huge pile of grease in container. I had to move my food to a different plate so it would stop swimming in grease. Several items were missing. I also received about 10 chips with my order. This is the worst restaurant I have had here.
Best service experience hands down. These young guys on the line knows how to interact with the customers. The food was a1 period... I suggest everyone try this location...
Food is fine, typical Barberitos. However, 1 star for online ordering. Food was ready 25 min early, so it would have been cold however I was there early and just planned to wait. Also, they piled the burritos on top of the chips in the same bag, so the chips were crushed.
Short staffed and still got great service.They were out of ground turkey that I wanted and the manager made sure that I was happy and taken care of as well as made sure they started to prepare more. She even offered a replacement taco once the meat was prepared.Manager and one staff were handling a Saturday night rush on their own and still kept everything stocked up and clean. I’ll definitely be back after this experience!
This is just like Chiplote but they give you chips here with your meal. Nothing special about service acted as is if I was a bother to her taking the order probably would not go again to this location. There was nothing good about the service or cleanliness many tables a mess people looking to sit down at clean table or had to clean themselves.
Enjoyed our dine in here. The staff was polite and courteous and the food was made perfectly. It can fill up fast around lunch time so there could be a wait but it's worth the wait
DELISH! But a lil skimpy on fillings..idk it was a $1 upcharge for sour cream ?
I have enjoyed this restaurant since it opened but will not be back. None of the staff were wearing masks, even the ones preparing the food. The servings have gotten smaller. When I emailed about my concern about staff not wearing masks, the manager replied that they are following the science and was dismissive of my concern. Science says wear a mask, I would think especially people preparing food that are close to customers and each other. I will be finding somewhere else as my new take out spot.
