The worst fast food experience I have ever had. Stopped in for a a uick bite with my husband on the way to lowes and we should have walked out as soon as entering I slipped on a disgusting floor. Then while trying to order another customer was screaming for his sauce while management ignored him only to make him scream louder. Apparently he ordered French dips and as they sat and got cold he fought with manager about his missing dip. So my order sat on counter and I took it upon myself to ask if it was mine and finally someone said yes. Wrong sandwich burnt and I mean to a crisp fries. Return fries to receive more burnt fries each exchange sandwich for a cold one sitting in back. Ask for napkins Nope they don't have any. Ask for straw and sauce because condiment counter was empty and got attitude. Needless to say this Arby's can join my places of don't go there in kernersville. Panera also sucks in that location. I should have went to Route 66 and will next time.
Rediculious...in drive thru line for 35 minutes to even get to the window to be told you don't have a simple ham & cheese slider because you can't get ham? Also ordered multiple mozzarella cheese sticks to be told I'm only allowed 2 marina sauces no matter what you order because they got to make it last 2 weeks. If I order my food I deserve what goes with it..sorry service! And... sanitation is only 90..won't be back
Never again. I’m fully convinced this location made me sick. I went yesterday to this Arby’slocation, got a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. It was freezing cold, couldn’t finish it. Not only that, it’s very expensive and the drive thru line is way too long.I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone - do not go to this Arby’s location.
This is my go to Arby's even in Greensboro just outside the area. I have never had an issue with the service and even though my first time visiting was not perfect, the staff was friendly and got my order right. I've always really liked the look of the building, always clean inside and the outside of the building is very eye-catching. I wish all Arby's restaurants had the same look and hopefully they never remodel this location again.
Why is this location such garbage? I order food, the right receipt is on the bag, totally WRONG order inside! And this poor person's order was COLD. Not lukewarm, actually COLD. And they won't answer the phone. They know they're throwing ish out thats not right and they don't care. Management must not care. Owner must not care. If I was Arby's corporate I'd be looking into a new franchise owner.
Great food just slow service walk in or the drive thru due to not enough workers.
Drive thru around 1pm took about 20 minutes. Ordered two combos and some sliders. Didn’t receive either fries that came with the sandwiches and didn’t notice before pulling away from the window. The dining room is closed and no one answered the phone so no luck, and not sitting through the drive thru for another 15 or 20 minutes. Oh and forgot the straws as well
This place has no help and it takes forever to get your food if you want to wait in a line of cars for 30 mins than this is your place , I honestly don't see how they stay in business treating their help so poorly . maybe pay your people better and get some help .
Roast beef sandwiches are simply delicious. And Arby's has fantastic horsey and bbq sauces. I use both on my sandwiches! Also, add tomato and lettuce ?
I've been here multiple times and keep hoping the experience improves but it does not. Drive through generally takes 20 min and you'll see many cars leave early. Last night was exceptionally awful at just under one hour. We had to repeat the order 3 times to get it right 6 combos but nothing special). We were handed 3 drinks and one was half full... Literally only half full. None of the drinks were marked so we couldn't tell which was forgot. After trying everything we figured it out but they only handed us 2 more drinks... Reminded then again there's supposed to be 6 and one was only half full. Only one additional drink was given and the girl shut the window and walked away. This is common experience with drive through which is the only option. You must double check everything handed to you because something is certainly wrong. The food quality is generally ok. There usually something that is dry and send to have been sitting for awhile. Overall it's the only Arby's option around this area so if you really want the food, be prepared to spend 30 min waiting and having to fix your order before leaving. Expect things to be stale or cold. If you go with those expectations you will not be disappointed. This is based off 4 separate trips over a 6 month recent window.
