Thank you for a very good lunch! I brought my parents in there today shortly after 1pm on Memorial Day. Atmosphere was great and the service was also great, order accurate. I wanted chicken but tire of the gerbil wheel drive through at Chick-fil-A. I hadn’t eaten at Zaxby’s in a long time - it was a pleasant surprise!

EVERYTIME I come here so far, they are always NICE and very communicative. Definitely a place I will be coming back to more. I love it!!! And BOY is that KICKEN CHICKEN AMAZING!!! The new Fruit FIZZY DRINK THOUGH…, MAN it TASTES SOOO GOOD. 10/10 for ME AND MY FAMILY!!!
Just had a small mishap with online ordering (my fault entirely didn't realize how late it was so the cutoff time made the order go to tomorrow at like 11am) it was my fault I should have double checked but I was just trying to get my order quickly before I went in to grab some groceries. But Anasha was amazing took care of my order so I could still get it tonight. They are all amaziningly nice and helpful at this location. I wish I had more than 5 stars to give

Cold chicken on the signature chicken sandwich. Call manager. He said he would put my name down so I could come back and get another one. Went the next day to get another one and the chicken was still barely warm on the outside and cold on the inside.. As much as I love Zaxby's I will not be going back. I shouldn't have to take my fresh cooked food I just ordered home to heat up in microwave before I can eat it..
My wife was just treated in a very inconsiderate manner by the manager on duty Hailey. My wife who is GM at another restaurant and had just gotten off of work called Zaxby's and told them that she was on her way and asked if they could make her two cobb salads. They said they were about to close but sure come on. My wife got stuck at the stoplight in front of Zaxby's and called to let them know she was there. The manager on duty told my wife that they had made the salads but would not give them to my wife because she was a minute late. What nonsense. Forget the customer is always right at this Zaxbys. Forget building good will with customers. What a stupid decision for this Manager on Duty to make. I've owned restaurants, and if I would be so angry if this manager had treated one of my customers in this inconsiderate fashion.
My wife just ordered from this Zaxbys before they closed. She told them she was on way and wanted to Cobb salads. She asked if it was too late at 9:50 to order and they said come on that they would make the salads. She got caught at the light in front of Zaby's and called them and they told her they wouldn't give her the salads because they had just closed a minute before. Why waste my wife's time? You had already made the salads but the stoplight in front of your store made my wife a minute late. Hailey was the MOD who decided not to build goodwill with a customer.
Terrible Service! After being in traffic, ordering my salads, then asking to make sure we had the correct amount of dressing, they did not. I get home and we are missing the dressing. The manager's solution....I will give you free dressing next time you come in....seriously? I ALREADY PAID FOR THE DRESSING>>>>IT IS NOT FREE! January 12, 2022
First time having Zaxby's after years of hearing how good it is. The fries are great and the chicken strips are very good.
