Everything I come to visit family, I visit this Wing Stop in Jacksonville. I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. The place is always clean,the food is always hot and on time. I am always eating out,so I am always looking at the customer service first,the cleanliness,then the food. Really impressed,can't wait to visit again!!!!
Everytime I visit Wingstop I am greeted with warmth and care! The employees there are kind, on busy days it may take a bit longer but that’s what you’d expect for any place! They still work diligently while accommodating for their customers, busy or not! I recommend this place to anyone wanting delicious wings, the place is very clean and I personally love it!
These guys are good to go. Staff is a little young so they struggle with communication, but they are all good to go. The food was good and ready in a timely manner! Definitely going back!
I just want to give a huge shout out to this place. I have never had wings too ever before. I’ve only known bdubs and other local chains in Kentucky. This place by far is the best in Jacksonville. Super bowl Sunday, this stores entire team had their game face on. Polite, speedy. Their own manager was working orders as well as jumping back in the kitchen to help her team. There were maybe 30 people waiting on orders along side me. The staff was so calm and handed out bags of wings like handoffs. You guys deserve to get a pay increase after this day. I was beyond impressed with my experience. I will only get my wings from wing stop! I tried garlic parm, original hot, and the Louisiana dry rub. I’ve never sucked chicken wings dry before like that in my life, I down right loved all 3!! Thank you to all of you who worked today, I appreciate each and every one of you ??
Great wings and fries. Superbowl Sunday they had whole chicken thighs which I loved, tried this weekend and now it's chicken thigh bites. Disappointed but I'm a fry junkie and they are the best.
I came in to pick up my order at 10:40 p.m., was told by the front my order be ready in 5 minutes. I waited in the restaurant till 11:15 p.m. . By this point they had completely closed the restaurant and had put up everything and were cleaning. I asked the staff about my order and they said "oh we're closed we didn't make it".Don't waste your money here, there's better Wing choices in Jacksonville that actually care.
Apparently you gotta season your own fries at this location. I've eaten here multiple times never had to season my fries ??? maybe complaints from customers on the amount of seasoning they use or they're just plain lazy ?

The place can be empty don't expect to get any orders on time. Employees would rather talk back and forth with each other rather than work.
I’m new to Jacksonville but I’ve been to wing stop plenty of times and I can quite confidently say this is THE WORST wing stop I’ve ever been too. There’s hardly any meat on the wings, overcooked, and they are so tiny. If I’m gonna spend $30 on wings, I’d rather get an actual meal somewhere else, than what they give you. Very disappointed
