They seemed to stop in house delivery to have us use overcharged Delivery apps. Such a shameful practice
Seriously Waited 2 hours for food just for it to be messed up and the manager not very willing to help. I gave them another chance and I'm extremely disappointed. Won't be going back again
They have good food and my food is always fresh. Even when I order delivery they’re at my house within 25-30 minutes. The customer service is always excellent.
Food is delicious and the service is phenomenal! Lady on the phone was helpful and recommended good deals to give me the best for my money.
Foods always warm and delicious and the staff is always kind and helpful. Delivery drivers are also fast and professional.
They never have a delivery driver with base access and when you call to ask if they do, they give you attitude. I have placed orders with them before knowing they didn't have base access and they always call right when the estimated delivery time is when I have already been waiting over an hour. It would be nice if they had called to say they did not have base access so I could know early instead of waiting over an hour just for them to tell me they can't bring my food. They have also forgotten to give me my half gallon sweet tea several times I have ordered it or order has arrived incomplete.
Ordered a 10pc wing at 9:53 for delivery. Delivery isn’t set to close till 1030 and it was expected to be delivered between 1055-1105. At 1030 I called to get an update on my order and I was confirmed via phone call the order had been placed and was already otw to my house (15 mins away). At 1130 I called again because I still had not received my order, and at that time I was told by the same lady who originally told me my order was otw, was that it had now been cancelled. Completely unprofessional. Complete waste of time. Won’t be ordering from here again.
This place is a joke. they can’t get my order right at all. the first order still had the paper on the cheese, didn’t come with anything that I had asked for, it was dry. Then the second time they forgot a side and didn’t put the “flavor on the side” that I wanted, so when I got it, I called they said they would be out and bring what they forgot, took about an hour just to find out they wanted me to put the sauce on a cold hamburger. I think I’ve only had my order right once the whole time I’ve ordered from here. If my wife didn’t like this place I wouldn’t have ordered again after the first time.

I dont write reviews but i paid for alot of extra ranch and they gave me one with my 20 wings. Also ordered a burger, fry and drink recently and my drink was warmer than my meal, which the drink was room temp if that says anything. I live right down the street smh
