Hair in my food, place was dirty and the girl didn’t even wash her hands after coming in from the back. She didn’t apologize after I told her that her hair was in my food.
Food is good and employees have been nice and helpful every time I've been here. The first time I went, it took a little getting used to. You walk over to the wall and grab a sheet menu and mark what you want, then go to the cashier.
Went in there today for lunch while I was at work. I felt so bad for the staff that were there running that restaurant. One girl was prepping food in back the other was ringing up orders and making sandwiches. They did the best they could with what they had. I don’t know what going on behind the scenes there but y’all have got to get these poor girls some help in there. That’s ridiculous and nor is it fair to them!! Good job today ladies I very much appreciated y’all today.
The tables were not clean; the sandwich fillings were meager and the bread had obviously been frozen, because it was crumbly.
Was on the way home from Jacksonville and need gas and was hungry, the sandwich was not bad, just little pricey.
Food is good but they forget something on every order. Forgot my fries this time. Last time no cheese on my cheese steak. Everyone else loves this place. Maybe it's just me but it's pricey for what you get. A cheese steak fries and salad shouldn't be $28

The service is excellent, the shop is very clean. By far the worst sandwich spot. Walmart makes a much bigger and better sandwich at a quarter of the price! I cant believe how little meat was on the largest sandwich they have. I could order extra meat, but after paying 20.00 I should be able to taste meat when I bite the sandwich. If you like a big sandwich, this is not the place.
Place wasn't bad... This location was on my way home from a jobsite; but my order through the app was completed a LITTLE later than I was told it'd be ready. Twas good, though!!
